Apparently, it's going too well because a viewing wasn't possible because there had already been an open day. The seller is quite disadvantaged this way. Van der Plas doesn't know what we want to offer. The lady on the phone was far from customer-friendly. We were addressed with a tone that didn't suit us. Never this realtor for us! We couldn't even make an offer because they didn't have time for a viewing. We should have looked on funda earlier. #hopeless
