Erg goede makelaar! We hebben ons huis snel en goed verkocht via Staat Makelaars. We hadden geen bord in ons tuin gekregen maar uiteindelijk gelukkig wel genoeg animo qua kijkers. Foto's en de video van het huis was top!! Hele fijne samenwerking gehad. Het kantoor is altijd goed bereikbaar en het contact was goed. Bedankt!

Wij ouder echtpaar hebben in 2024 besloten om ons mooie appartement in Almere te gaan verkopen. Diverse makelaars gevraagd, maar STAAT MAKELAARS ALMERE met als contact persoon Jody Spooren gaf bij ons de beste indruk. En daar hebben wij geen spijt van. Presentatie en begeleiding echt top. Unexpectedly, after a sad event, I have to sell my father's house (where he himself had only been living for 3 months). It ultimately took 10 days from Funda, the viewings, and an agreement with the new seller. Super fast action! You really notice that he knows what he's talking about. And the nice thing is that he also uses his socials to promote your house. The photographer he works with, by the way, takes incredibly good photos and a fun drone video of the area where your house is located. More the idea that the building was scouted than a value determined, never heard anything further. Still going to engage an NVM office. Sloppy comment that you don't request drawings or don't hear anything for 4 weeks then you don't take it seriously and can't. No problem standard properties sell themselves and is cut and paste work from funda regarding value determination. That you come behind someone’s front door and only observe is strange at the very least and certainly also suspicious. We are simply looking for a professional.
