Finally signed at the notary for my first house. After months of trying myself, I came across Neeraj via a friend. He negotiated the market value of the house, saving me my own investment. I think it works better if a real estate agent makes an offer on your behalf. Thanks to his network, he got discounts from mortgage advisor to notary, keeping the overhead costs low. Full service from start to finish and even after, because he attends the transfer and ownership of the house in my absence, since I'm abroad.
