Finally signed with the notary for my first house. After months of trying myself, I met Neeraj through a friend. He brought the house to market value and saved me my own investment. I think it works better if an agent bids on your behalf. Thanks to his network, he got discounts from mortgage advisor to notary, keeping overhead costs low. Truly full service from start to finish and even after the service, as he will attend the transfer and ownership of the property during my absence because I am abroad. I recommend TriHomes, because for a very reasonable fee you save a lot on overbids, overhead costs etc.
