Marga Paulich is an unreliable and especially bad appraiser. Our home was given an energy label A with a beautiful appraisal report. However, Marga felt that the roof of the shed was dirty (given the winter, it's logical for leaves to be on it). She could not clearly name further appraisal points. Instead, she came up with points which were matters of taste or addition. These points are not important for an appraisal. When you ask for explanation, she no longer answers the phone. Mrs. engages in practices that are not allowed and does not follow the correct path of sales. This lady will therefore never be engaged by us, family and acquaintances, and a complaint will be filed with the disciplinary committee. Do not absolutely engage this lady for selling your home.
