Norbert was very involved in the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old home and thought very carefully with us. A very nice and original video was made, which resulted in our house being sold quickly (to the first viewer) and well. All toppers there at that real estate agent.

I strongly advise against using Woonaccent. As an expat, I trusted that they would help me with the purchase of a house in the Netherlands, but it became a nightmare. They advised me to pay an unnecessary subscription of €250 for a Copaan website for a better house search and consistently prioritized their profit over my interests. Their advice was not transparent and they did not discuss reasonable bidding limits or the actual value of the property. The communication was unprofessional, mainly via WhatsApp, and they pressured me to make decisions without giving me time to think. When I expressed my concerns about the property after the technical inspection, I was received hostilely and told that I could not back out, even though I had not signed a purchase agreement. They even threatened to stop the collaboration with me if I didn't proceed, because they would then lose the good relationship with the selling real estate agent, which shows their commitment to their client. Ultimately, I canceled the bid after realizing that the house needed thorough renovation and the high price that Woonaccent had offered was not worth it. Moreover, they arranged a home appraisal even before the technical inspection, which is illogical and cost me €750 for the report I received after canceling the bid. Later I heard that the house was eventually sold for much less than the price they pressured me into a few months ago on the so-called 'seller's market'. Their practices are unethical and exploitative. Be careful, do your research and avoid Woonaccent.

They are scammers. Mr Norbert gave us advice that we have to sell our house under the price because it’s going to be cheaper soon. I saw in move that someone gave a high bid but Norbert didn’t let me to contact with them. My house was just one week on the site and the price was 450 but he said that the highest bid is about 439. My house value was about 500- I am now adding! Oh because of our divorce! We had no hurry! Why did we have to sell under the price? Why do you give wrong advice to people who are divorcing? Your colleague said that you must sell the property very quickly because housing prices will fall in the summer! Scammers please don’t share people's private situation to hide your traffic! I have never seen a family whose house is sold below the asking price! You are scammers and people should be careful that your advice is not correct and you only think about yourselves. Divorce is not a good reason for you scammers because we had no hurry but Mr Norbert said that you must sell the property as soon as possible otherwise you will regret it later! CAUTION WHEN DOING BUSINESS WITH WOONACCENT ALMERE AND NORBERT TERPSTRA After the end of my rental period, Norbert from Woonaccent Almere refuses to return the deposit, despite there being no damage to the property. After the end of my rental period, he suddenly claims that there is damage that already existed at the beginning of the rental. This is unacceptable and unfair. Norbert refuses to engage in any form of reasonable discussion about this. At the start of my rental period, there was no handover report to document the condition of the property. However, upon termination of the lease, a report suddenly appeared, claiming unjustified damage. For example, they charge €150 for tightening a screw. When I started renting, I laid a floor for Norbert in the house, free of charge and for nothing. Upon ending the rental period, he has complaints about the floor that he himself approved. Woonaccent and especially Norbert are nasty people who are only after money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM is my advice.
