Broker is extremely biased. Simply assumes you can't afford certain things and advises you on things you may have already done to check if a value is correct. Just arrogant. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone for selling your own home or purchasing one. Response: yes, no doubt about it. That was your office. You questioned my/our financial position in advance. Fijn contact, bereidt alles uit te leggen en zonodig nog een keer. Bij geen enkele vraag kreeg je een 'afgeraffeld/ik heb haast' antwoord. Zeer positieve ervaring.

Peter heeft alles super geregeld, zelfs toen wij op vakantie waren heeft hij de fotograaf geholpen. Echt een aanrader!

Omdat ik met enige spoed een nieuwe taxatie nodig had, gezien eerdere taxaties door het NWWI waren afgekeurd (gedaan door andere bedrijven), kwam ik in contact met Peter. Ik heb de situatie uitgelegd en dat ik met enige spoed een nieuwe taxatie moest hebben van mijn woning vanwege een boedelscheiding, de minst leuke taxaties. Andere bij mij bekende taxatiebureau's bedankte voor de opdracht, omdat deze nogal wat tijd in beslag zou nemen of omdat ze het gewoon niet zagen zitten.. Mede door de tijdsdruk die ik had en het niet kunnen vinden van een taxateur waar ik zelf ook een goed gevoeld bij had, zat ik inmiddels met de handen in het haar. Gelukkig werd ik verwezen naar Peter van NoordOost Wonen Makelaardij. Hij heeft na een prettig gesprek een zeer zorgvuldige taxatie verricht die voor mij als klant erg snel en soepel verliep. Het probleem wat was ontstaan bij het NWWI door eerdere taxaties elders, is door het rapport van Peter zorgvuldig uitgelegd, onderbouwd, rechtgezet en verholpen. Ik ben zo blij met de snelle en duidelijke service die Peter geleverd heeft en zich niet heeft laten afschrikken door de situatie maar juist klaarstond om te helpen. Open, eerlijk, helder en snel, echt geweldig. En dit alles ook voor een eerlijke vaste prijs, ondanks het extra werk gekost heeft. In een woord TOP! Nogmaals dank!

Wat een slechte makelaar, na gevraagd en ook nog géén eens officieel makelaar! Werkt via callcenter waarschijnlijk overdag een baan. Gelukkig levert regio dedemsvaart echte Makelaars.

Zeker niet te spreken, telefonisch mooie woorden verder geen enkel contact mogelijk. De makelaar is niet te bereiken en maakt gebruik van wat het lijkt een call center. In 2 weken tijd voor een huur woning zijn 4 mails onbeantwoord zowel via funda als eigen website. en is er 3x telefonisch toe gezegd ik gebeld zou worden ook dit is niet gebeurd. Zeer onprofessioneel word er gehandeld binnen noordoost wonen. Ik raad deze makelaardij niet aan voor samen werking of onderhandeling. Dergelijk handelen wekt geen vertrouwen in professionaliteit.

Huis in de verkoop via NoordOost Wonen. Meer dan goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding en een super presentatie van de woning. Ik kan Noordoost Wonen aan iedereen aanraden die zijn/haar huis wil verkopen. Recensie ontvangen van J. Harms via Facebook.
