I wish I could give this agency zero stars. My experience with Akash and Mudassir was nothing short of a nightmare. They deprived me of my hard-earned money and made me feel utterly betrayed. From the very beginning, their promises seemed too good to be true. Akash was charming and persuasive and assured me that they had the perfect property for me. I was excited, but my excitement quickly turned into suspicion when I noticed inconsistencies in their communication. They pressured me to make a down payment quickly and claimed that the property would not stay on the market long. After transferring the down payment, things went downhill. The promised property never became available, and communication became almost impossible. Mudassir, who initially seemed helpful, became dismissive and evasive when I asked for updates. I felt trapped and anxious as I realized I had become a victim of their fraud. After countless attempts to get my money back, I received empty promises and excuses. It was incredibly frustrating dealing with their unprofessionalism and lack of accountability. Since then, I have learned that I am not the only one who has been scammed by these two. If you are considering working with this agency, I advise you to think twice. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable agency that values honesty and integrity. Akash and Mudassir are not trustworthy; they will take your money and run without thinking about it. I regret ever contacting them and hope others can avoid the same fate.

Very bad experience, full of scams and fraud.

Scam! From the beginning I felt misled and completely exploited. Since October 1st, I have been waiting for ADD to repair what they did as they promised, but they are simply dishonest and liars. Mudassir. With the help of Akash, they scammed me at every step. They gave me a fake contract and they knew it. They take zero responsibility. I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from them. So far they have my money and haven't even refunded it.

I think this is quite unique hence why we are so praising. Also recently they have helped us excellently with the sale. Within a very short period of time the property was sold, whereby ADD Makelaardij took care of the entire process and guided us excellently again. Throughout the overall process there was clear communication and we felt heard as customers and were easily accessible. We are very satisfied with the overall service and the end result. Overall, I've had a very good experience renting an apartment for two years through ADD Makelaardijk. It was easy to reach him when we needed something repaired or had problems with the radiator; also, the microwave broke after we moved in for a week, and he replaced it. When we extended the contract, the price increased due to the market, but he added a new washing machine.

Excellent real estate agent with a focus on customer interests. Together with Akash, I sold my old house and purchased a new one. Received good advice when buying the new property and an excellent negotiation was carried out. With the 2nd property, it was immediately successful (purchase) in a heated market, without us having paid too much for it.

Very bad. They placed a bid on an apartment via email instead of calling. Well, that's fine too. And then you email back with agreement and subsequently hear nothing more. They don’t answer the phone, they don’t reply to emails. They don’t call back. I wouldn't let them sell or buy a house here.

One of the worst real estate agencies in Amsterdam, absurd prices for birdcages instead of houses. Two years ago they tried to rent us a studio by presenting it as home, this time we turned to them without getting any answer about houses, they are unprofessional and not very clear during house viewings, it seems like there's something underneath that they absolutely don't want to tell their clients. Beware of them, they are the worst.
