I noticed a number of things during this process. Angela can do her job so well due to an excellent cooperation with the 'backoffice' [hereafter B.O.]. An example, I asked Angela during the review of the purchase contract if we could bring forward the date deed of delivery. Angela calls directly with Ray from the B.O. with my request. Literally 5 minutes later Ray calls back and says: 'I spoke with the notary, it's agreed. Also working at the B.O., Nicola, someone from whom many people can learn. All your questions are answered with patience, quickly and very thoroughly. Also Kirsten and Milou I want to thank because I know that they also worked on my sales file. And then Angela, decisive and knows exactly what is important for you because she listens very well to what you say.
