An amazing team. My girlfriend and I bought a house after Corona, a difficult time. House27 put us at ease quickly. Fast and clear communication, a calm and familiar feeling through experience, and smart solutions that are simply logical. A WhatsApp group was created with me, my girlfriend, our real estate agent, and an office manager who helped with scheduling viewings. Questions, quick actions, updates, appointments; everything was handled quickly and clearly. I would never do business with this party. Simply not clean through and through. They go back on agreements and are very pushy about collaborating with certain parties, such as a notary and mortgage provider.

I called them three times to request their services and each time they noted my name and phone number and promised to call me back, but they never did. Eventually, I called for the fourth and last time. This time they asked for my email address so that they could send me all the information, but of course I received nothing from them. Bij 27 Huis werkte ik met Sjoerd Kalwij en ik kon hem en de rest van het team niet beter aanbevelen. Ik had altijd het gevoel dat Sjoerd de beste oplossing voor me wilde en bereid was om er uren in te steken om me te helpen. Hij nam de tijd om me te helpen met één optie (oversluiten en verbouwen) die er eigenlijk toe had geleid dat 27Huis veel *minder* geld had verdiend! Toen ik naar nieuwe appartementen ging kijken, had ik het gevoel dat ik echt op zijn mening kon vertrouwen. Hij heeft me een paar verkeerde beslissingen uit mijn hoofd gepraat, en toen ik er een vond die de goedkeuring kreeg, kon ik erop vertrouwen. :-) Ik had het gevoel dat hij extra onderzoek en extra werk had verricht om ervoor te zorgen dat het de juiste beslissing was, en dat alles soepel verliep. I had asked them for help a few weeks prior in finding an apartment and initially they seemed very friendly and helpful. But when the date arrived to move to Amsterdam, they didn't send me any options. No help at all. My contact person was Dominique Groothuis, who probably spends more time on her Instagram than finding a house for you.

Great experience buying my first house. I worked with Alex Visser and he was super helpful throughout the entire process, from the initial meeting to the final completion. If they say that they are renting out their apartment on a 'no cure, no pay' basis, that is NOT TRUE. Just look at article 13.f and 13.g in the contract. The other real estate agents I engaged were honest with their 'no cure, no pay' promise and did not charge me when they could not rent it out. 27 Huis had 4 weeks to rent my house and brought along 2 visitors to view it (neither of them wanted it). I listed it on Facebook. Within 12 hours I had arranged 4 viewings, 3 showed up and all three wanted to rent it.

Great for expats! Friendly service, which is excellent! I have used them for renting, selling and buying homes in Amsterdam. I've been using their services for ten years. They speak perfect English and Dutch. The owner is himself an expat and knows all the pitfalls and advantages of renting, buying or selling in a rapidly changing market.

Ik raad het absoluut af om via dit makelaarskantoor te huren. Ik huurde een appartement in de Warmoesstraat. Toen ik wilde vertrekken, heb ik de verhuurster hiervan op de hoogte gesteld. Ze vroeg of ik twee weken eerder kon verhuizen, zodat ze het appartement dan kon verhuren. Tot dan toe ging alles goed... Hoewel ik er bijna nooit was (omdat ik als expat veel reis) en het appartement goed heb onderhouden, waren er geen problemen bij het uitchecken. Ik kreeg zelfs complimenten over hoe schoon het appartement eruitzag en hoe aardig ik was dat ik eerder wilde vertrekken. Daarna heb ik niets meer van de verhuurster gehoord. Ze hield de helft van mijn borg in, omdat ze beweerde dat ze me nooit had gevraagd of ik eerder kon verhuizen, terwijl ik het bewijs hiervan in de vorm van e-mails en kopieën van het makelaarskantoor heb. Ik heb haar meerdere keren geprobeerd te bereiken, maar ze weigerde haar e-mail te beantwoorden of de telefoon op te nemen.
