I worked with Roos and she was amazing: she helped us get an idea of what was possible, the current prices, to understand how we needed to be ready to execute if we found a place, and coached us through big and small details while we looked for a place in the US. She was the point of contact for correspondence with potential landlords, conducted video viewings, and even went back multiple times to inventory the furniture and kitchen appliances to help us understand what we needed to pack and purchase once we arrived at the apartment. She facilitated setting up utilities and really helped us go from a fruitless search to securing an apartment and moving in within about 3 weeks. We are the proud owners of a small piece of Amsterdam's historic city center, a beautifully recently restored building with two apartments of approximately 100 m2 each on the Prinsengracht.
