The worst experience ever!! From the beginning to the end of our contract, we were not helped at all. We had to call them an unacceptable number of times to get our problem in the apartment resolved... More than a month after the termination of our contract, we are still waiting for our deposit back. Nobody answers us after countless phone calls and emails. They really don't care!
The worst agency! I even have nightmares about it! Always late, super unprofessional, we've been waiting for the down payment for 2 months already, which is a complete breach of contract, and they don't answer the phone. Stay away if you don't want to lose your nerves, sleep, and money. Absolutely not recommended.

Dear realtor
Accepts offer on a house, then fails to follow through with signing the preliminary purchase agreement, accepts a higher bid in the meantime and doesn't inform you of this! We had to find out through the notary that they had sold the house, which our offer was accepted for, to someone else. Very unprofessional!
I recently moved to the Netherlands and found accommodation that was recommended by these people, who 1. I paid 2,400 euros to, who then needed 2 weeks to pay this to the actual landlord of the accommodation where I stayed. This all came about after I was harassed several times by the landlord, who accused me of not paying. 2. Had the impression that I would be moving into an apartment as advertised on their website, and upon arrival they discovered that they had incorrectly advertised a long-stay hotel 'Hydepark Residence', which is nothing less than an extortion scheme currently being investigated by the Dutch government for fraud. 3. Since my payment I have heard nothing more from these people, I constantly hear from the hotel that they have nothing to do with it and that I should contact these people. Be aware of the scam these people are carrying out. They are neither real nor reliable. STAY CLEAR...
