The worst experience ever!! From the beginning to the end of our contract, we weren't helped at all. We had to call an unacceptable number of times to get our problem in the apartment resolved... More than a month after the termination of our contract, we are still waiting for our deposit. Nobody contacts us, even after numerous phone calls and emails. They really don't care!

The worst agency! I even have nightmares about it! Always late, super unprofessional, we've been waiting for two months for the down payment, which is a blatant breach of contract, and they don't answer the phone. Stay away if you don't want to lose your nerves, sleep, and money. Absolutely not recommended.

Accepts offer on a house, then fails to follow through with signing the preliminary purchase agreement, accepts a higher bid in the meantime and doesn't inform you of this! We had to find out through the notary that they had sold the house, which our offer was accepted for, to someone else. Very unprofessional!

I recently moved to the Netherlands and found accommodation that was recommended by these people. 1. I paid 2400 euros to the landlord of my accommodation, who then took two weeks to refund this amount. All of this happened after I was repeatedly harassed by the landlord, who accused me of not paying. 2. I thought I was moving into an apartment as advertised on their website, but upon arrival it turned out that they had falsely advertised a longstay hotel, 'Hydepark Residence', which is nothing less than an extortion practice currently being investigated by the Dutch government for fraud. 3. Since my payment, I have not heard from these people again. The hotel has constantly told me that they have nothing to do with it and that I should contact these people. Be aware of the scam these people are conducting. They are neither genuine nor reliable. STAY AWAY...
