Four stars, because I am a satisfied customer (landlord) with a critical note. First the good news: A plus is good at finding tenants and providing guidance. They do it professionally and reliably, even meticulously. Big compliment and a recommendation for anyone who has something to rent out to expats or other tenants. Less content I am with the settlement. Especially the deposit and brokerage fees. That took some time. And the agreements were not 100% clear and the response was somewhat defensive. Ultimately we figured it out so my final judgment is positive: 4 stars, which means 'good'. I recommend Karin and make good arrangements!!
