Van het aanvragen van het appartement tot het tekenen van de huurovereenkomst duurde het slechts een week, zonder administratieve rompslomp. Ik kijk er erg naar uit om de sleutels over te dragen en Karin persoonlijk te ontmoeten. Heel erg bedankt dat jullie het mogelijk hebben gemaakt dat we eindelijk een appartement konden huren in zo'n fijne buurt, waar ook onze kleine hond welkom is!

Four stars, because I am a satisfied customer (landlord) with a critical note. First the good news: A plus is good at finding tenants and providing guidance. They do it professionally and reliably, even meticulously. Big compliment and a recommendation for anyone who has something to rent out to expats or other tenants. Less content I am with the settlement. Especially the deposit and brokerage fees. That took some time. And the agreements were not 100% clear and the response was somewhat defensive. Ultimately we figured it out so my final judgment is positive: 4 stars, which means 'good'. I recommend Karin and make good arrangements!!
