Our house was unlawfully opened by this realtor for visits from potential buyers. When we found out, we requested that they no longer open our house. Behind our backs, this still happened. We discovered it because we ran into the potential buyers in our house!! Not to mention the viewings facilitated by another realtor from the office who didn't know our house. We heard about this a day before the viewings, as our own realtor turned out to be going on vacation. And that without sharing the ins and outs of our house. Many mistakes when listing on Funda. And many sloppinesses and errors that are too far-reaching for this review. They did have a good photographer and advised well about the selling price. I almost never write reviews, but want to give potential clients of this realtor a complete picture so they can make an informed choice.
