Hella from A1 Executive Estate helped us with the sale of an apartment and the purchase of our current home. We can wholeheartedly recommend her as a real estate agent. For several years now, I have been renting out my apartment through A1 Executive Estate, where Hella and her team do everything they can to find a nice tenant. They take all of my wishes into account, offer options, and always go for the best deal for me and for the tenant. They handle all contact moments extremely neatly and are truly available day and night for questions and help. That works incredibly well. I recommend Hella and her team to everyone!!

Worst realtor ever! Unprofessional and unreliable!

A1 is extremely discriminatory and will find ways to cheat you out of your deposit. Bad experience. I should go to the police. Moreover, that woman thinks she can speak every language with Asians. Update: No response from this agency for several years regarding my deposit. They have simply stolen all the money.

I share the opinion that this is a sole proprietorship. Before and after closing the deal, however, Hella communicated with us correctly and professionally. Despite the not entirely simple situation with our contract, the deposit was also fully and on time refunded

Avoid at all costs. The agency and the owner communicate different reasons why they are not returning my full deposit. I have rented apartments in many different places and have never experienced such unfair treatment. They take your money very quickly and efficiently, but when it comes to getting it back, they are slow and disorganized. It takes weeks or months for them to respond to my emails, and once they do respond, they ignore most of my questions. This experience has caused a lot of stress in my personal life, and I wish that on no one. It is now more than 6 months ago and I still have to chase them. They are still withholding part of my deposit and have not provided the invoices for all the costs they are trying to charge me.

I had the pleasure of being able to collaborate with this company. They have always responded to all my phone calls and questions. I recently finalized my rental agreement, and the agency helped me through the process. Highly recommended.

Really a bad experience, to be honest. People like Hella are very unprofessional and kept even after, even when we moved quickly, our year's prepaid amount and the deposit. What they rented was also a terrible experience for us as a family and we left quickly. We now have to take legal action because they haven't responded for months and aren't sending any money either. Be careful, this is not a good way to treat customers or people and make sure you have legal assistance insurance. Good luck, we do, but if you come from abroad, it will cost you a lot of money to hire a lawyer for such behavior and withholding money from the owners. Please believe me, I really don't want to put a company on blast that only helps others!

I recommend A1 Executive Estate in Amsterdam to everyone, regardless of the location of the object to be rented or sold. Very skilled and honest is Ms Hella Contrucci who handles things professionally and was able to sell our house within a short time during a period when the housing market looked bleak. She backs up her words with action and is an example of how it should be in the world of real estate!

Great office! If you are visiting Amsterdam or Amstelveen for the first time, definitely recommend using A1 Executive Estate services. They help with all sorts of things. I had lost my keys and it was the end of the day, most services were already closed and it was my second week in the Netherlands. I had no idea how to find a locksmith. But they found one for me! Thanks to A1EE and especially Hella, we secured our place in a very short time (1 week). It was practically impossible. She was willing to go the extra mile to ensure that we viewed the desired properties; and guided us through the important details and gave us valuable feedback on which would be most suitable for our situation. In addition, her team helped us with arranging utilities and even negotiating a deposit amount where both the landlord and ourselves were satisfied. A1 Executive Estate was a great choice in January 2017, as expats. My wife and I were worried about finding a good place to rent at a fair price, and after we found a house on the internet, we contacted Hella, the manager of the real estate agency. She helped the process enormously; guided us through the process, from meeting the owner (via Skype), visiting the house to obtaining the keys, the process really went very quickly and she waited for everything to satisfy us, we appreciate that greatly. After living in this rental property for 3 years, we were lucky enough to buy our own house, of course we contacted Hella for the last visit to the house (check-out) and returned the keys, she promised to return our deposit within a week, honestly we received our deposit on time, as she promised. I can highly recommend her.. Hella is a very professional woman, and I feel honored to have met her, ... thank you Hella.

They still owe me money. They asked me to pay for replacing the hot water and the paving stones, but never paid me back. Agent Hella said she would reimburse me, but each time she said it was coming until she stopped believing it.

Great service The team at A1 Executive is as good as possible. I have rented houses from various estate agents in the past, but my experience with A1EE really stood out above the rest. Hella is always alert, very busy and still finds time to answer emails and phone calls. The team gives you good advice that can help you settle in a better new country, a new area, a new house. They are sympathetic to the needs of tenants. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

Avoid at all costs. Same experience As others have written, Hella has an almost Hitler-like approach to check-out. Very friendly towards you when they want your business, but the opposite when you terminate a contract. Unless the apartment is in a brand new, impeccable condition, you will lose part or all of your deposit. Absolutely unreasonable if you've rented for 3 years! Do not use. You have been warned!

Hella, owner and sole ‘real’ employee who works at what she calls ‘executive estates,’ says that she has diplomas to work as a realtor, but she doesn't. Okay, it's not required to have them. But starting a business relationship based on lies.... I also came into contact with a much more professional company that used to do business with her. They told me something very strange about Hella. My opinion: DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! It’s very easy guys, just google ‘realtor amstelveen’ or ‘realtor amsterdam’. Every company is better than this. I had a great experience with the company I grew up with and am very glad that I skipped this one.

Hella delivered fantastic work during the period she was involved in the sale of our house in 2017. She was accurate, driven and punctual. Moreover, she arranged the best tenant who rented our house for half a year during the sales period. In the past, we have done business directly with tenants, but unfortunately without success.
