A1 is extremely discriminatory and will find ways to swindle you out of your deposit. Bad experience. I should go to the police. Moreover, that lady thinks she can use any language with Asians. Update: No response from this agency for several years regarding my deposit. They have simply stolen all the money. These people steal in broad daylight. There is no appraisal report that leaves, and only a few days after the transfer does the agency falsely state that there are problems with the condition of the house.

Hella from A1 Executive Estate helped us with the sale of an apartment and the purchase of our current home. We can wholeheartedly recommend her as a real estate agent. For several years now, I have been renting out my apartment through A1 Executive Estate, where Hella and her team do everything they can to find a nice tenant. They take all of my wishes into account, offer options, and always go for the best deal for me and for the tenant. They handle all contact moments extremely neatly and are truly available day and night for questions and help. That works incredibly well. I recommend Hella and her team to everyone!!

Worst realtor ever! Unprofessional and unreliable!

I share the opinion that this is a sole proprietorship. However, Hella communicated correctly and professionally with us both before and after closing the deal. Despite the not entirely simple situation with our contract, the down payment was also fully and on time refunded.

Avoid this at all costs. The real estate agency and the owner give different reasons why they are not fully refunding my deposit. I have rented apartments in many different places and have never been treated so unfairly. They take your money quickly and efficiently, but when it comes to returning it, they are slow and disorganized. It takes weeks or months for them to respond to my emails and when they do respond, they ignore most of my questions. This experience has caused a lot of stress in my private life and I wouldn't wish that on anyone. It is now more than 6 months ago and I still have to chase them. They are still withholding part of my deposit and have not provided the invoices for all the costs they are trying to charge me.

I had the pleasure of being able to collaborate with this company. They have always responded to all my phone calls and questions. I recently finalized my rental agreement, and the agency helped me through the process. Highly recommended.

Really a bad experience, to be honest. People like Hella are very unprofessional and kept even after, even when we moved quickly, our year's prepaid amount and the deposit. What they rented was also a terrible experience for us as a family and we left quickly. We now have to take legal action because they haven't responded for months and aren't sending any money either. Be careful, this is not a good way to treat customers or people and make sure you have legal assistance insurance. Good luck, we do, but if you come from abroad, it will cost you a lot of money to hire a lawyer for such behavior and withholding money from the owners. Please believe me, I really don't want to put a company on blast that only helps others!

I recommend A1 Executive Estate in Amsterdam to everyone, regardless of the location of the object to be rented or sold. Very skilled and honest is Ms Hella Contrucci who handles things professionally and was able to sell our house within a short time during a period when the housing market looked bleak. Great office! If you're new to Amsterdam or Amstelveen, I definitely recommend engaging A1 Executive Estate Services. They help you with all sorts of things. I had lost my keys and it was almost the end of the day, most services were already closed and it was my second week in the Netherlands. I had no idea how to find a locksmith. A1 Executive Estate was an excellent choice in January 2017. As expats, my wife and I were worried about finding a good rental property at a fair price. After we found a house online, we contacted Hella, the manager of the real estate agency. She helped us enormously. She guided us through the entire process, from meeting the owner (via Skype), viewing the house to receiving the keys. The process went very quickly and she waited until everything was to our liking, which we really appreciate. After living in this rental property for 3 years, we were lucky enough to buy our own home. Of course, we contacted Hella for the final inspection (check-out) and returning the keys. She promised us to return our deposit within a week. Honestly, we received our deposit on time, as she had promised. I can wholeheartedly recommend her. They still owe me money. They asked me to pay for the hot water and replacement of the salt licks, but never repaid me the money. Agent Hella said she would repay it, but kept repeating that it was coming, until she stopped.

Great service The team at A1 Executive is as good as possible. I have rented houses from various estate agents in the past, but my experience with A1EE really stood out above the rest. Hella is always alert, very busy and still finds time to answer emails and phone calls. The team gives you good advice that can help you settle in a better new country, a new area, a new house. They are sympathetic to the needs of tenants. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

Avoid at all costs. Same experience As others have written, Hella has an almost Hitler-like approach to check-out. Very friendly towards you when they want your business, but the opposite when you terminate a contract. Unless the apartment is in a brand new, impeccable condition, you will lose part or all of your deposit. Absolutely unreasonable if you've rented for 3 years! Do not use. You have been warned!

Hella, owner and sole ‘real’ employee who works at what she calls ‘executive estates,’ says that she has diplomas to work as a realtor, but she doesn't. Okay, it's not required to have them. But starting a business relationship based on lies.... I also came into contact with a much more professional company that used to do business with her. They told me something very strange about Hella. My opinion: DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! It’s very easy guys, just google ‘realtor amstelveen’ or ‘realtor amsterdam’. Every company is better than this. I had a great experience with the company I grew up with and am very glad that I skipped this one.

Moreover, she arranged the best tenant who rented our house for half a year during the sales period. In the past, we have done business directly with tenants, but unfortunately without success.
