Always nice and fast to arrange a property through Ad Hoc. If you yourself are Ad Hoc, a lot can be arranged quickly!

We have been living here for a very long time and I would like to emphasize the respectful attitude of the staff. We are happy to help you, ask for advice and find solutions for everyday problems. Thank you to the team for their stability and attention.

Serious interest shown in an office space, all documents delivered on time, but never a viewing received. Despite a formal complaint, there was no solution, no service restoration and no substantive follow-up. From my research it appears that there are often complaints about communication and handling, while Ad Hoc positions itself as a professional vacant property management. In my case that did not lead to actual placement, while there is actively being advertised with available spaces. Disappointing for tenants and property owners who expect that vacant property management actually leads to use or temporary filling. My advice: look for alternatives.

Bad experience with renting a space. After I had moved in, I received a notice to vacate one month later. The man still said during the viewing that it would probably be for a longer period, there are no known usage plans. Multiple entrepreneurs had to leave the property because the owner is going to do something else with the building, according to Ad hoc. Then a few days/weeks later I received an email with 'new' spaces, the same spaces we had to leave! And not once but twice I have already received an email with the aforementioned spaces. Find it really scandalous, please save yourself the trouble and don't do business with Ad Hoc.

Very nicely helped to a new home!

Unfortunately, I couldn't give -10 stars. First of all: difficult to reach by phone. Everything delivered according to procedure. After 1 day: no possibility for you, try again in half a year. No explanation. Then you call, and a 20-year-old student says they can't do anything and are not obliged to give an explanation. 'So people have to go live on the street?' I say. I want to see what IS possible. What a strange society has become. Bizarre.

Because Joany has helped me well, I have adjusted my review. Adhoc is very hard to reach and currently certain matters are not well organized due to staff changes. Nevertheless, Joany has helped me well by doing what she can.

Extremely satisfied with my apartment through adhoc!! I can always go to them with questions, especially Cindy, she has made this entire process super easy and clear for me.

Unfortunately, I have to share my experience with Office Amsterdam, which reveals a complete lack of professionalism and respect for their business tenants. Not only have they repeatedly failed to maintain basic facilities such as internet and working heating, but their staff seems to be trained in rudeness and grumpiness. Recently, during an attempt to discuss an issue regarding the key handover, I was confronted with an exceptionally disrespectful tone from the receptionist named Zoe. Her unprofessional behavior even led to the abrupt ending of the phone conversation. As a tenant, I expect at least some level of courtesy and cooperation from the office staff, but apparently that is too much to ask. Furthermore, the threat of unjustified fines without any clear legal basis is outright scandalous. It seems that Office Amsterdam does not hesitate to intimidate their tenants with unlawful practices. All in all, if you are looking for an office space that values courtesy, professionalism and respect for its tenants highly, I wholeheartedly recommend looking elsewhere. This is not the place for people who value fair treatment and decent facilities.

Be very careful, they will keep lying to you and disappointing you - helpless, unreliable and outright a disgrace. I thought the English business world was already bad enough, but you guys top it!

Top company, very good staff and can quickly rent a home with Adhoc.

the company is always ready for you and communicates clearly. the offer can be fickle but that's always how it is with rich people with bought land etc. the company deals with this very professionally and honestly. and often really beautiful beautiful places, so top.

I am very satisfied with the offer, service and trust that Ad hoc places in me. For a second time, it is nice to be able to rent a beautiful workspace. Ad hoc communicates clearly and well and acts quickly. A recommendation!

A very good experience with Ad-Hoc Amsterdam, and in particular Iris Kooij. I could easily and quickly get to the places that were offered and a lot of effort was made in solving problems. The correspondence also went quickly and efficiently. I can't think of any drawbacks, hence the 5 stars. Edit: It would be nice if the waiting times were a bit longer (but via email it's always and quickly answered!).\

Lived at Ad Hoc for multiple years with pleasure as an antifraud resident. Of course, they are a bit strict and sometimes communication goes wrong, but for that you get a very low rent back. The only downside is that they (as far as I know) don't keep a list of top residents. Such a list could help Ad Hoc to retain handy/flexible Harries and Henriëttes more easily once the contract is up. That's naturally also a bit self-interest, but I see a win/win!!

I have lived very nicely at AdHoc for more than 10 years. They literally never left me in the cold and new living spaces were quickly found. All in all, very satisfied with AdHoc and the way they deal with their residents.

Very satisfied with Adhoc!! Have received some really nice houses, where I have lived extremely well. Especially had a very good contact with Niels who has helped me time and again with a nice house.

We are exceptionally satisfied with the entire hiring process at AdHoc. Contact them and you will have an answer within an hour - problems are almost always already proactively addressed. We can't wait for the many beautiful years we still get to have with AdHoc!

I have lived with Adhoc for years. They have now suddenly thrown me out with the story we have sharpened our rules and we are not obliged to explain the reasons for this. So better write it somewhere else before they throw you out without explaining!

Very unrefreshing commercial business. Commercial as in shit to the tenant, long live profit. Just received notice of rent increase: rent is now three times as high. Same month, moving out or packing up. If you go into business with them, you know that you have little or no rights, but to harvest money so without scruples is really very conscienceless... Dear people!
