Total scam. The contract was based on an irrelevant template for an apartment that had nothing to do with the (dilapidated, pest-ridden and overpriced) house. Our deposit is still not returned after 6 months, and they have unlawfully increased the price, despite other agreements. When employees choose to communicate, it happens in an unprofessional and unfair manner. We were lied to and neglected, thanks for nothing! -10 stars.

I have been renting through ADD Makelaardijk for two years now, a great experience so far. When there's an issue, Akash is always easy to reach and very helpful.

Generally speaking, I have had a very good experience for two years renting an apartment through ADD Makelaardijk. We could easily reach him if we needed something repaired or if there were problems with the radiator. Also, the microwave broke after a week and he replaced it. When we extended the contract, the price increased due to the market, but he did add a new washing machine.

Very bad. They placed a bid on an apartment via email instead of calling. Well, that's fine too. And then you email back with agreement and subsequently hear nothing more. They don’t answer the phone, they don’t reply to emails. They don’t call back. I wouldn't let them sell or buy a house here.

One of the worst real estate agencies in Amsterdam, absurd prices for bird cages instead of a house. Two years ago they tried to rent us a studio by pretending it was a house. This time we approached them without even getting an answer about houses. They are unprofessional and not very clear during viewings. It seems like something is hidden that they absolutely do not want to tell their clients. Beware of them, they are the worst.
