The worst and most unprofessional agency in Amsterdam, there is a high chance you will be scammed by them. Akash is a professional scammer. He uses another company and a partner named Santos to hide his dirty work. There are five other names involved: Mudi, a Pakistani scammer, and Sada, also a Pakistani scammer. Mudi and Sada studied at the HvA in Amsterdam and cheat other students through advertisements with fake contracts. Akash knows about this, supports them, and exploits the housing crisis. Be careful with all the names mentioned above. ADD will most likely be classified as fraud soon. These people will probably use other names or companies, but generally be alert.

Be careful when dealing with this realtor, especially with Akash or someone from his network. They run a well-organized scam where they rent and sell houses without the owner's permission. Their main targets are expats, foreigners, and students—people who have little legal power to do anything about it. They provide false contracts and disappear as soon as payment is made, without responding to calls or messages. Akash initially denied any involvement, but after being confronted with evidence, he chose to pay instead of pursuing legal action. This isn't personal, Akash... people just need to know how serious and unethical this scam is. VBO will be informed very shortly. You will also have to pay for your delay and irresponsible behavior.

From day one, I have been very well assisted. Akash is visible within the industry and knows the right people. This allowed him to always provide us with the correct advice. In addition, the contact was very pleasant. I could always call Akash and received a response to my messages in no time.

Total scam. The contract was based on an irrelevant apartment template that had nothing to do with the (rotting, pest-infested and overpriced) house. Our deposit is not being refunded after six months and despite other agreements, they have illegally increased the price. When employees choose to communicate, it happens in an unprofessional and unfair manner. We were lied to and neglected, thanks for nothing! -10 stars.

I wish I could give this agency zero stars. My experience with Akash and Mudassir was nothing short of a nightmare. They deprived me of my hard-earned money and made me feel utterly betrayed. From the very beginning, their promises seemed too good to be true. Akash was charming and persuasive and assured me that they had the perfect property for me. I was excited, but my excitement quickly turned into suspicion when I noticed inconsistencies in their communication. They pressured me to make a down payment quickly and claimed that the property would not stay on the market long. After transferring the down payment, things went downhill. The promised property never became available, and communication became almost impossible. Mudassir, who initially seemed helpful, became dismissive and evasive when I asked for updates. I felt trapped and anxious as I realized I had become a victim of their fraud. After countless attempts to get my money back, I received empty promises and excuses. It was incredibly frustrating dealing with their unprofessionalism and lack of accountability. Since then, I have learned that I am not the only one who has been scammed by these two. If you are considering working with this agency, I advise you to think twice. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable agency that values honesty and integrity. Akash and Mudassir are not trustworthy; they will take your money and run without thinking about it. I regret ever contacting them and hope others can avoid the same fate.

Overall, I've had a very good experience renting an apartment for two years through ADD Makelaardijk. It was easy to reach him when we needed something repaired or had problems with the radiator; also, the microwave broke after we moved in for a week, and he replaced it. When we extended the contract, the price increased due to the market, but he added a new washing machine.

One of the worst real estate agencies in Amsterdam, absurd prices for birdcages instead of houses. Two years ago they tried to rent us a studio by presenting it as home, this time we turned to them without getting any answer about houses, they are unprofessional and not very clear during house viewings, it seems like there's something underneath that they absolutely don't want to tell their clients. Beware of them, they are the worst.
