They are trying to steal my money. After a month I have no news about my deposit.... NO RENT FROM THIS AGENCY. WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OFFICE IN AMSTERDAM 2 and a half months and no news of my deposit. Not even an invoice stating what they ask for... when I checked out, Alcoco said the apartment was treated well... but no refund

It seems like it was the same person who gave a 1-star review, because in my case everything went very smoothly and clearly. The deposit was quickly refunded by the owner after my rental period, because you pay them the deposit, not the service costs. I already miss Amsterdam, what a fantastic city and people.
