Sergino is a great guy! They are trying to steal my money. After a month I have no news about my deposit.... NO RENT FROM THIS AGENCY. WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OFFICE IN AMSTERDAM 2 and a half months and no news of my deposit. Not even an invoice stating what they ask for... when I checked out, Alcoco said the apartment was treated well... but no refund

It seems to be the same person who gave a 1-star review, because in my situation everything went very smoothly and clearly. The deposit was quickly returned by the owner after my rental period, since you pay the deposit to them and not the agency. I already miss Amsterdam, what a beautiful city and people.
