It is now our fixed and trusted real estate office. This year, my son found an apartment for the second time through Sergino. He returned to Amsterdam after a few years for his work, and in just two weeks they found an excellent apartment right in the center, tastefully furnished and including all amenities. Sergino is a great guy! Although the first place I had applied for wasn't available when I submitted my application, Sergino quickly and easily suggested another place, which wasn't even online yet! Within a day or two, Sergino offered me a video call from that place, because I was about to move here from Greece, and I'm now living here with a lot of pleasure. 100% recommended, especially in the terrible housing market of Amsterdam!

Een indrukwekkende en goede ervaring! Daarom ben ik onlangs weer bij hem terechtgekomen toen ik mijn eigen appartement wilde verhuren. Alles verliep soepel en snel. Ik had mijn appartement binnen een maand verhuurd en een goede huurder gevonden. Echt een 5-sterren service!

It seems to be the same person who gave a 1-star rating, because in my case everything went very smoothly and clearly. The deposit was quickly refunded by the owner after my rental period, because you pay the deposit to them and not the service costs. I already miss Amsterdam, what a fantastic city and people.

They are trying to steal my money. After a month I still have no news about my deposit... NO RENT WITH THIS REAL ESTATE AGENCY. WORST LETTING AGENT IN AMSTERDAM Two and a half months and still no news about my deposit. Not even an invoice with what they ask... when I checked out, Alcoco said the apartment was well treated... but no refund.

The landlord handed you a bill with all the costs he had to bear when you left the apartment at the end of your rental period.
