Their market knowledge is excellent since the estimated selling price differed very little from the ultimately offered amount. Throughout the entire sales process, we were excellently guided. Ultimately, the property only stayed for sale for five days before we reached an agreement. Partly this is of course due to the market in Amsterdam, but their approach is one that also pays attention to the interested buyer and ensures that they leave the property well informed. They also have a 'no-cure-no-pay' policy so if you are not satisfied halfway through, you can also easily terminate the contract with them. Afterwards, I understand why they can do this because their services are of such a level that you really don’t want to cancel.
