These are outright scammers! If you work with the owner, investigate the agreements made between landlord and tenant. If you don't already cooperate, stay away from these deceivers. At least 6 people have been scammed by this man, and that's just the tip of the iceberg. He lies and scams everyone to make money. He told the homeowners they would receive 2100 euros in rent and he told the tenants they had to pay 2750 euros. The difference of 650 euros per month he has put into his pocket by lying to everyone, outright fraud! He was also shameless in asking for and receiving 2100 euros in commission from the homeowner for providing tenants; he is a disgrace to the industry! Several cases are pending against the owner, so stay away from this man and this company. Do not cooperate and warn others not to work with him!

this man is a fraudster and a big thief, don't be fooled by fake reviews. First he took the illegal feeling of more than 2000 euros in cash and 2 months deposit, he told us that electricity does not exceed 350 euros, after we moved in, we started to receive electricity of more than 1000,,,, that is the trick he uses, because at the end of the month you ultimately pay more than 4000 euros, both rent and electricity. If you go back to complain to him he will tell you someone else that he is willing to rent it and rush you to leave the apartment so you get your two-month deposit back,,, after you have done that, he will first ask you to wait for your refund within 30 days, then he will not give you a single cent and asks you to go to court because you did not complete your rental agreement. So my advice to all of you, everything you do with this man, put it on camera or in a written note... make sure you know the amount of electricity before moving in, and don't rush to sign his contract,,,, that is another one of his tricks. If he asks you to move out and gives you the deposit back, on paper or on paper, because he is a clever man, he will later deny that he did not do it. Erdal is a scammer (PAYMENT RETURN) (UPDATE: I have contacted Woon! and a lawyer, both of whom confirmed that the owner's claim is unreasonable and my deposit has been FULLY refunded. If you are having problems with this man, please contact the following organization.) I am very surprised by the positive reviews here, but I am sure many people will see who Erdal really is in time. We rented an empty apartment on Zeeburgereiland during covid times with a security deposit of 5000 euros, we also paid Erdal for the services provided. Towards the end of the first agreement, Erdal said that the owner wanted to increase the rent for the apartment, which was already 2500. Erdal said he could negotiate if we paid him 1000, honestly it was already shady. But we didn't want to be evicted or have problems, that wasn't the right time for that. Now, after 2 years, the owner has decided to illegally move us on short notice of 2 months. Wanting to sell the house. We received no information or official notification from Erdal or the owner and only had 2 months to find a place. We could have stayed in the apartment as told by supporting companies, but we decided to leave on (good terms) as requested by the owner and Erdal. We agreed that we would get our deposit fully back, since we agreed to move under their conditions. And guess what, the 5000 euro deposit is not being refunded. Because first the vacation, then they need 30 days to see if everything is okay with the apartment etc. You can say whatever you want Erdal, I polished this apartment to perfection, and you cannot charge us for using the house for 2 years. The damage caused by my roommates is not 5000 euros, and you have also not made any official calculations to show us this. Moreover, the house had many problems, including doors with such huge holes that there is literally no privacy even in the bathrooms. Electricity is also 5 times higher than all the neighbors because there is a leak. So before you get a house from Erdal, look him in the eyes and think again. You cheated and lied to us, it will come back to you one day. Once you have resolved this deposit situation Erdal, I can remove this review.
