I have encountered very dry and rude employees at this bureau, who do not hesitate to send very unfriendly and dissatisfied emails as soon as they come to the conclusion that you are not the typical expat they were looking for (the kind of person from whom they can extract their money!). The impression is that of a very unprofessional and ill-mannered environment. Since I am a freelancer, they sent me an unsigned email with the text: 'Owner is not interested. Sorry.'
