Mick is een zeer kundig makelaar met verstand van de markt en in mijn geval buurt. De communicatie is prettig, direct en to the point. Hij geeft goede adviezen en heeft 2 maal succesvol mijn appartement kunnen verhuren binnen korte tijd.

Ons traject verliep razendsnel, en dat vraagt om snel schakelen. Precies daarin blinken Mick en zijn team uit! In recordtempo hebben we de aankoop van onze woning afgerond, en dankzij de juiste begeleiding voelde dit toch als een veilige keuze. De persoonlijke aandacht van zowel Mick als Andrew gaf ons veel rust tijdens dit grote moment.

De vrouwen op kantoor waren geweldig om mee te werken. De man met wie ik het meest werkte, was neerbuigend en zei dat ik lui was omdat ik hem niet hielp met schoonmaken voor mijn open huis. Ik heb twee auto-immuunziekten, dus ik heb niet zoveel energie als een normaal persoon. Ze raadden een schoonmaakbedrijf aan dat mijn aanrechtbladen permanent verkleurde. Nieuwe aanrechtbladen kosten duizenden dollars. Ik heb nooit een schadevergoeding gekregen voor de schade en heb toch honderden euro's aan het schoonmaakbedrijf betaald. Area raadde ook aan om het voegwerk in mijn badkamer opnieuw te doen en het bedrijf dat ze aanraadden, deed het in donkergrijs, dat er zwart uitzag. De vakman die mijn douche had gedaan, vertelde me dat het zou opdrogen tot heel lichtgrijs, nou ja, het droogde zwarter op en mijn voegwerk was wit, dus moesten we het bedrijf bellen. Het was een enorme klus, want ze wilden dat we betaalden om het zwarte voegwerk te repareren. Dus ik kan niet zeggen dat het supermakkelijk was om met hen samen te werken. Ik zou het schoonmaakbedrijf of een van de andere diensten die ze aanraadden niet gebruiken. Want eerlijk gezegd was het meer een hoofdpijn dan alleen mensen vinden. Uiteindelijk hebben ze ons huis verkocht en kregen we er een goede prijs voor. Ik zou niet zeggen dat het een pijnloos proces was, maar uiteindelijk is het gelukt.

Ottelie at AREA was amazing! We paid a little bit extra than the market price for an extra quality of the service (also result). Generally speaking, the service is good. Only their knowledge regarding energy report towards the notary office are not so senior. Which took my own energy and time to protect my interests. (challenge the notary )
