I requested a viewing for one of their listings on Funda. Literally within seconds after it was posted. Nobody responded. I called them the next afternoon and the lady on the phone told me that she couldn't make appointments, but that she would inform the broker and they would call me back. I was never called back. A few days later I call for an update and get the answer: 'The viewing slots are full, sorry', and that they have contacted everyone who requested a viewing. I repeated several times that this is exactly why I'm calling, that I was never called. This was a house where I would have liked to bid, and I can’t do that without a viewing. But the answer was: 'I don't know what happened, but I can't give you a viewing.' No further consultation with the broker, no attempt at recovery, no apology, nothing. I also sent an email with the above explanation, but I never received a response to that either. This is not only hurtful to me, but also to the seller; While I might have been the highest bidder for the house and their broker BenS makelaars cost them the highest bid.

Trying to mislead with rates. Advertising at 250 EUR under 250k but charging a 50 EUR surcharge for apartments (as if you can buy an apartment in Amsterdam under 250k), and a 100 EUR surcharge for validation (as if >90% of the appraisals are not done due to bank financing and without validation are useless).
