Strange company, calls people asking: We have received a message that you want to sell your house? Well, that's quite impressive if you don't even own a house to buy. A strange way of attracting customers. Looks like a shady business.

After my house was for sale for more than a year in the Jordaan (Amsterdam) and I didn't really want to lower the price, I switched to Bieden & Wonen. Marco is a very nice, down-to-earth realtor who doesn't sell fairy tales. The principle is simple, you simply get what the highest bidder offers (if you accept that bid of course), the most honest process for all parties, no sealed envelopes, no agreements between realtors but a live auction online. Thanks to the quick sale and the good price, I was able to realize my Italian dream. Marco thanks for your commitment and guidance in this sale!

Went to sea with Bieden en Wonen because I personally find the usual closed bidding system unpleasant. It was a bit difficult due to CV19 and the first-time buyer couldn't get the loan approved on time, so back into sale and got a much better price!! In short very satisfied despite the fact that we didn't have the wind at our backs for a while due to circumstances, but ultimately went very well! Robert

Never heard of this brokerage firm, but still tried to do business with them and deeply regretted it. In my case, my offer was accepted by the realtor/seller. Subsequently, I was asked to sign the purchase agreement at a random coffee shop on a Friday evening (they don't have an office?). Once there, I was told that the price had suddenly increased. Signing is only possible if the increased price is paid. Very unethical and unprofessional way of doing business. In my opinion, this is an online realtor and therefore not what you expect from a real brokerage firm (with a reception location, employees etc.). I will never do business with 'Bieden en Wonen' again. In my case, it was 'Offer and not deliver'.
