More than two months later without updates, their own handyman (not VVV) came along, pulled a piece of rubber out of the window and gave us the solution 'Don't use this window anymore'. Ultimately, we had to find out through a colleague why so many things were being refused repair. Booij never told us that there was no property management; if this had been mentioned during the viewing or contact meeting, a contract would never have been signed. I advise nobody to do business with this company based on the experiences I’ve had.
