If I could give 0 stars, I would do so. These people might well be the worst at handling a housing situation. They are 1. Incompetent, 2. Disrespectful and 3. Utterly out of touch with the real world. If you rent a home through this office, you can expect the worst possible treatment, and good luck with your deposit, don't expect to get it all back.
