Wij zijn door Bruce erg goed geholpen. Er was een fijne en snelle communicatie onderling en een hoge mate van deskundigheid. Wij zouden zeker Bruce weer inschakelen in de toekomst.

Het hele traject verliep perfect, waardoor ik in een paar maanden al een heel mooi pand heb kunnen kopen. Ook de onderhandeling met de verkoper verliepen goed. Al met al zeer tevreden!

Na de sluitingsdatum is ons bod (hoogste) nog overboden waarna we gedwongen werden om ons bod te verhogen. Principieel/ethisch klopt dit niet. Daar kon onze makelaar niets aan doen, hij heeft vervolgens goed onderhandeld om tot een winnend resultaat te komen.

Ik ben ontzettend tevreden over de verkoop van mijn appartement door Wiebe en Bruce. Ze beschikken over uitstekende marktkennis en de communicatie verliep altijd helder en vlot. Daarnaast waren ze erg behulpzaam en proactief gedurende het hele proces. Ik kan ze zeker aanbevelen!

The very first purchase discussion was clear and convincing, afterwards the agent was very reactive, little to no ownership, no clear sales strategy, timelines or added value. After the disappointing experience, the rental department helped me excellently and I saw how an agent can also work. Not a recommendation.

My experience with this real estate agent was disappointing. They attempted to sell the property without contacting me beforehand. During a court hearing, it was ultimately decided to remove this real estate agent from the sale. I found their attitude clearly biased, which resulted in me being disadvantageously treated and excluded in an unpleasant way. This seemed partly due to influence from a co-owner, whereby the real estate agent appeared to align with their interests in an opportunistic and easygoing manner. In my opinion, this behavior is in conflict with the rules of the NVM. I therefore cannot recommend this real estate agent.

Bad service, rude on the phone. Specifically, I had a bad experience with Philippe; my questions and wishes are not listened to, and he delivers a monologue. There are so many brokers in Amsterdam who can help you much better. Choose them instead of this place.

They don't take the time for you and unprofessional. They know little or nothing about permanently redeeming leasehold object. Want to quickly leave the notary's office and even don't have the keys of the sold object with them. Also, the selling party is not present because organizing isn't their greatest strength clearly. In short, sloppy and actually just a sadly poor quality.

House sold quickly and well, with a higher return than expected

De makelaar kwam niet opdagen voor een afgesproken bezichtiging zonder deze eerst af te zeggen. Dit resulteerde in tijdverspilling en stoorde de nietsvermoedende huurders die nog in het appartement woonden. Haar excuus was dat ze me had proberen te bellen om de afspraak af te zeggen, maar ze had mijn nummer niet, omdat we de afspraak per e-mail hadden gemaakt. Onverantwoordelijk gedrag, aangezien de meeste mensen vrij moeten vragen van hun werk om naar dergelijke bezichtigingen te gaan.
