In my spacious environment I was looked at with disdain when I told them I had engaged a buying broker to buy a house with my share. You can do that yourself! Yes, I can do that myself but a professional sounding board and the peace of mind and certainty of an experienced broker who stands by me when needed gives peace and a good feeling. But actually, I hadn't thought I would really need Philippe. On a Friday we went to view a house. We had already seen it on Funda and Philippe had also pointed it out to us. But it didn't meet our wish list in a few points. When we finally viewed it, we both fell in love instantly. This was our future. This is what we wanted. Bad service, rude on the phone. Specifically, I had a bad experience with Philippe; my questions and wishes are not listened to, and he delivers a monologue. There are so many brokers in Amsterdam who can help you much better. Choose them instead of this place.

They don't take the time for you and unprofessional. They know little or nothing about permanently redeeming leasehold object. Want to quickly leave the notary's office and even don't have the keys of the sold object with them. Also, the selling party is not present because organizing isn't their greatest strength clearly. In short, sloppy and actually just a sadly poor quality.

House sold quickly and well, with a higher return than expected

The realtor failed to show up for a scheduled viewing without canceling it, which resulted in a waste of my time and disturbance of the unsuspecting tenants who were still living in the apartment. Her excuse was that she tried to call me to cancel the appointment, but she didn't have my number because we arranged the appointment by email. Reckless behavior, since most people need to request leave from their office for such viewings.
