After getting acquainted with Dennis, we started the search for my first home in Amsterdam in January. I had a clear search profile myself and based on that, I received daily offers of homes that met it. I find the Move website easy to use and I also checked Funda daily (there were many properties between those that didn't quite meet my requirements). I experienced the search with Dennis as very pleasant. Communication via WhatsApp and telephone went well; Dennis responds quickly, friendly and clearly. We also had a good connection, which made viewing houses together enjoyable! After several viewings, I knew exactly what to look for and which questions I could ask the selling broker. In that respect, it is an advantage that Dennis also works as an appraiser, because he really has an eye for the condition of homes and apartment complexes, which is very useful. With a little luck - and Dennis's pleasant guidance - I found a beautiful apartment within the ring road of Amsterdam in less than two months!
