Stan is een natuurtalent. Rustig, duidelijk, brede kennis en goed in de communicatie. Bij de start van het proces duidelijk uitgelegd hoe DOP werkt, en daar is alles van nagekomen. Geen massakijkdag, maar alle geïnteresseerden een persoonlijke presentatie van het huis gegeven. En dat waren er nogal wat! Na elke bezichtiging dag keurig en telefoontje hoe die dag was gegaan. Verder houdt hij het belang van de verkopende partij op de voorgrond. Zo wist hij een goed resultaat neer te zetten. Ook de afronding met de notaris ging feilloos. Dus dank DOP, en met name dank Stan voor de vlotte en prettige verkoop van onze woning.

At the beginning of 2024, we purchased a holiday home with a casco on park Harderwold, with the aim to rent it out. Due to a move to the US and because we couldn't find our way in the rental conditions of the park, we decided at the end of 2024 to sell the property. Real estate agent Dop advised us to lower the asking price by €80,000, because otherwise, according to him, the property would be unsellable including Costs Koper. Based on his expertise, we adjusted the price, after which the property was quickly sold. During the sales process, there were signals that there might not be any Costs Koper, because the property was not yet officially in use and was not being rented out. Nevertheless, the real estate agent remained of the opinion that Costs Koper would still apply. In the meantime, more than a year later, it turns out that no Costs Koper were applied and as expected this will also not happen anymore. In hindsight, this had major financial consequences for us. When we raised this with the real estate agent, he said it was annoying that we were not satisfied, but he did not take responsibility for the given advice and its consequences. Our request to reconsider (part of) the commission was rejected.

We are very pleased with Dop. The sale of our home was neatly, carefully and smoothly handled. Good consideration was given, clear communication took place and agreements were followed through. A nice collaboration from start to finish. Definitely a recommendation.
