Very satisfied with the guidance/commitment of sales broker Stan Doorn from Dop makelaars Lelystad in the sale of our house. Professional, expert and involved. His communication was clear and fast, we were continuously kept informed of developments.

Not everything went as discussed and not everything was passed on or reported on time. But despite the fact that not all agreements were honoured, and not always the person who was supposed to visit came, there was Stan. Stan perfectly carried out the tours/viewings for us. Stan always leaves everything tidy and calls when he is finished with the viewing to give an update. Stan can be reached at the office, handles the paperwork, received the offer. Stan performed the actual transfer. We were not present at the transfer ourselves; Stan let us know how it went and wished us a good future. Without Stan, the house would not have been sold so quickly and everything would have gone much less smoothly.
