Ik werk al jaren met Vindo samen; hij beheert mijn appartementenverhuur, zowel particulier als commercieel. Hij is een serieuze en praktische man. Simranijt is ook zeer toegewijd aan haar werk, hooggekwalificeerd, snel, onpartijdig en altijd bereikbaar, zelfs tijdens haar vakantie.
Ik werk al jaren samen met Dutch Renting en ben erg tevreden over hoe de samenwerking verloopt. Vinod en Simmy verzorgen voor mij de huisvesting van jongeren en het intensieve beheer, en dat doen zij op een professionele en betrokken manier. De communicatie verloopt altijd soepel en snel. Ze reageren vrijwel direct, denken actief mee en zijn altijd bereikbaar wanneer dat nodig is. Wat ik vooral waardeer, is dat Dutch Renting veel verder gaat dan alleen verhuur of beheer. Het is geen bedrijf dat alleen aan het einde van de maand een factuur stuurt, maar een partner die echt betrokken is. Door hun betrouwbaarheid, flexibiliteit en persoonlijke aanpak werk ik met veel vertrouwen samen met Dutch Renting en kan ik hen zeker aanbevelen.

I moved from London to Amsterdam and Etienne made the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I collaborated with Etienne through Dutch Renting in the search for an apartment in Amsterdam, together with a friend. In the end, we found a nice property in De Pijp and we are extremely happy with it. The communication was really top-notch: Etienne was always easy to reach, responded quickly and actively thought along with us. Moreover, he sent clear and helpful videos of properties, which made the process much more transparent. Also, he gave honest and valuable advice, enabling us to make good choices. In short, we experienced the collaboration as very pleasant and are super satisfied with the result. Normally, I actually don't write reviews, but in this case, I really couldn't help it. Definitely a recommendation!

Recently, Dutch Renting sold my house during this very difficult period we are currently experiencing. I couldn't see the forest for the trees. But then I ended up with Mr. Mungra. He fought for me and was able to achieve the highest result from the sale. I would definitely recommend the company!
The people are rude, deploy aggressive troublemakers in a residential area, and don't take responsibility. So never do business with them.

I have been renting out my homes through Dutch Renting for over 5 years now. I've dealt with many rental agents, but Vinod from DR is, besides being professional, the most accommodating, business-like and punctual of them all. I owe the growth of my real estate portfolio to DR. The three(!) 1-star reviews below were written by the downstairs neighbor of one of my apartments. She claims to be experiencing nuisance from my tenants, but after investigation in collaboration with the VvE, the accusation proved unfounded. Vinod has spoken to her at least 10 times, both on the phone and via email, trying to explain and calm the situation. Now that she hasn't gotten her way, she is trying to damage the name of DR in this way. I will leave aside the shameless manner in which she communicates. All in all, deeply and deeply sad to smear DR, who are precisely putting time and energy into a case for your best interests. Reviews reported.
Dutch Renting is a professional rental company. We were able to rent a nice and affordable apartment in Amsterdam through them. They guided us from start to finish and provided a clear handover at the key handover. They also helped us with connecting the utilities. They offer an excellent service and the friendly staff gives you personal attention. I wholeheartedly recommend Dutch Renting and will certainly knock on their door again in the future!

A real recommendation! As a new expat in the country, Dutch Renting was extremely helpful and accommodating. Everything went smoothly, from viewings to signing the contract and check-in. Everyone I had contact with was also very friendly and helpful! They communicate excellently throughout the entire process and get in touch to check if everything is going well. They may not be as big as other rental companies, but that's exactly what makes you get extra personal attention and help :)
