I have a very bad feeling about this realtor. I only called to inquire about the minimum rental period for a temporary apartment, and the lady immediately seized that opportunity to schedule a viewing ('we can discuss that then', I couldn't even get a word in). Because I had to come from outside the city, we made an appointment a few days later. A day before, I received a phone call, cold and emotionless: 'the apartment has been rented, sorry'. It turned out they schedule multiple viewings, kind of 'first come, first served'. Real estate at its sharpest, a world that makes me feel completely uneasy.
