This agency is extremely unprofessional and discriminatory in the way they do business with expats. We attended a showing for one of their properties on the 28th. With the representative of this company, we agreed to send our documents so that we could meet the landlord the following week. After they forwarded them, they asked for further clarification, which was understandable due to the unfamiliarity of the foreign documents, which we were happy to provide. Despite this happening, our consent at the showing and consistent communication with the agency, they simply did not fulfill their promise to introduce us to the landlord, nor did they reject us. Instead, they disappeared, after collecting an extensive amount of personal documentation, without a response. After waiting a week, we asked for an update and were told that the landlord had already been introduced to another candidate who was selected. Given that we were not rejected because we were considered unsuitable candidates, we weren't even given the chance to be introduced to the landlord as promised while other candidates were, nor was there mention of a better candidate or a higher offer, I will file a complaint due to their discriminatory behavior.
