At 12:00 I was standing at the door because someone was coming to view the property that I want to rent out.....I'm still waiting, while the appointment was simply made and confirmed by email. No time for this kind of unprofessional behavior grrrrrr
Very poor experience with this group. After I moved, they refused to return the substantial deposit for more than 2 months (violation of contract terms) until I threatened legal action, after which they seized a significant portion of the deposit to pay for several disputed items. Once you have moved, you have little recourse against these shady practices without significant effort. I would advise using a more reputable rental group, otherwise I plan not to pay the last 2 months' rent. They won't be able to evict you and you will finally be able to negotiate the deposit on a level playing field. Good luck to everyone working with these people.

Very positive experience with Expat Rentals. I have been abroad for a while, during this time Expat Rentals not only handled the rental but also really took care of my apartment.
They are not mediators, but simply enforcers of the landlord's wishes. Do not trust them and do not deal with them. They are by far the worst!

Very happy with the service and people who come to my house. Never any problems, and everything is resolved in good consultation. It can sometimes take a while to find the right person, but I prefer that to someone being quickly placed and potentially unsuitable, because there have been several times when Expat Rentals felt that a candidate might not be the right tenant for me and could cause some problems. Based on much experience, they feel this well and I am very happy with it. I also don't need to be present at viewings, handover and checks. Saves me an enormous amount of time and hassle.
