At 12:00 I was standing at the door because someone was coming to view the property that I want to rent out.....I'm still waiting, while the appointment was simply made and confirmed by email. No time for this kind of unprofessional behavior grrrrrr
A rather bad experience with this group. After my move, they refused to return the significant deposit for more than two months (a breach of contract terms), until I threatened legal action. Subsequently, they retained a significant portion of the deposit to pay for several disputed items. After moving out, you have little recourse against such dubious practices without considerable effort. I advise engaging a reliable landlord, or otherwise not paying the last two months' rent. They cannot evict you and you can finally negotiate fairly for the return of the deposit. Good luck to anyone working with these people.

Very positive experience with Expat Rentals. I have been abroad for a while, during this time Expat Rentals not only handled the rental but also really took care of my apartment.
They are not mediators, but simply enforcers of the landlord's wishes. Do not trust them and do not deal with them. They are by far the worst!

Good service. There were no problems and the process was carried out efficiently and effectively.
Very happy with the service and people who come to my house. Never any problems, and everything is resolved in good consultation. It can sometimes take a while to find the right person, but I prefer that to someone being quickly placed and potentially unsuitable, because there have been several times when Expat Rentals felt that a candidate might not be the right tenant for me and could cause some problems. Based on much experience, they feel this well and I am very happy with it. I also don't need to be present at viewings, handover and checks. Saves me an enormous amount of time and hassle.

Although we appreciated that he traveled to Nijmegen (1.5 hours from Amsterdam), we had a bad experience with Guido. A lot got lost in translation and between our company cultures. We should have discussed expectations beforehand and might have been better off if we had done it ourselves.
