Our journey with Lens Real State began in 2021 when we were looking for a property to buy as an investment. The biggest challenge was that we only had 45 days to find the right property, within our budget and immediately rentable. We had to buy it in 2021 because the regulations would change in 2022, making it financially impossible for us to buy anything. With the help of the entire team, we signed the purchase agreement on December 31, 2021. They also helped us find the right tenants and all the paperwork. After that, we knew that if we ever needed a property again, we would definitely choose Lens again. Now, in 2022/2023, with our newborn baby, we have decided to sell our own home and buy a larger one. Again, Liselotte and the team have helped us with the sale and purchase at the same time.
