Very bad experience and a nasty taste left from the contact with this real estate agent. A large, hidden defect was not reported, neither verbally nor in writing. After contacting the VvE (Homeowners Association), it turned out that this defect had been known for 10 years(!) Dirty game played to shift the responsibility of 'finding' the hidden defect as a due diligence obligation of the buyer (me). While all defects should initially be reported by an 'experienced' selling real estate agent. After discovery, a very nonchalant attitude and washing hands in innocence. After a time-consuming and energy-draining cat-and-mouse game, it was very difficult to reach a settlement. My advice from this sad experience; save yourself many headaches and choose a reliable real estate agent.

Very bad service! I called to make an appointment at a house where I was very interested and the woman who answered the phone said that there were no more meetings at this house - I explained to her that the house they had for sale was very interesting to me and she insisted that a meeting was not possible - I asked if they were on a waiting list. After ten minutes, the realtor I work with called and she immediately made an appointment with him. This matter is very serious to me because this person could not know who I am and, in my opinion, provides very bad service to the landlord by not giving people any option to view the property!

UNRELIABLE. Description: A Manipulative Liar. If you are looking for an honest Real Estate agent this then this is the completely wrong address. Do not do it. - With her prior knowledge of the absolutely lowest possible sale amount - which was well below market value - she sold. A steal for the buyer. Approximately a discount of 60k. - For this, knowing that I had NOT given permission went for sale she started performing viewings in the house. - Knowing also that my ex was not the only owner of the property and we were not together she did not approach me about this or for this. - Furthermore, she lied that I agreed to the sale after she had spoken to me to move things forward. Totally untrue. There is no excuse for such behavior.
