She was extremely rude, didn't even try to answer my questions and laughed on the phone when I explained my situation to her and asked for more information about one of their properties. Very bad service, would not come here again for property management/ real estate advice. Try to be friendlier to your customers and hire better staff. The lady who answered the phone offered terrible service and was generally disappointing to talk to.

Really happy with the service... It went perfectly.

I was very enthusiastic about the properties offered through this real estate agency. Last week I called during office hours and was told that I would receive a response via Funda within two days. Now I have called Leanne again and am being told that the listings closed yesterday and that I was misinformed because I probably called outside of office hours. It's a shame there is no empathy for both joy and disappointment and that incorrect information was provided. How much understanding would have been nice.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY! At FRIS everything is terrible. We rented an apartment in the center of Amsterdam, with a ridiculously high rent. From the beginning, the flat had several problems, the most serious being the heating system that never worked - can you imagine the winter in Amsterdam without heating?! Crazy! We called the agency for months, each time they transferred the call to different people, so it's difficult for you to understand who is responsible for your apartment. After endless calls, the maintenance technicians eventually came to the flat, but they couldn't solve the problem. FRIS didn't care and continued collecting the full rent as if nothing was wrong. Finally, due to the Covid-19 situation, we had to terminate the contract. Despite the extraordinary situation, and even though we left the flat in perfect condition and found new tenants to replace us, FRIS still charged us a termination fee of euros! Surreal. A complete scam... Terrible experience, I really got fed up with dealing with them. So follow my advice: stay away!

If you are looking for a Real Estate Agent, I would advise you to look elsewhere. I had a very unpleasant experience with them and the situation is as follows: I made an offer on a property where this office was the real estate agent of the seller. To prevent my bid from being used as leverage for their internal negotiations with other agents, I submitted my bid with a 24-hour response deadline. (for those buyers I would strongly recommend that clause to ensure that the agents do not use your offer and go to another buyer to say that you can get it if you pay 1000 euros more. It happens suspiciously often) And now I am writing this review about three days after submitting my bid. NOTHING. No email, no phone call, nothing as a response. I called the Real Estate Agent representing this house, left a voicemail message, nothing. I find this not only unprofessional but also quite improper. As I said, I would avoid working with them in any form.

SUPER POORLY coordinated rental company I have ever encountered. I've lived in the Netherlands for a long time and had good experiences with various good rental agencies before, and this is clearly the worst. (1) The telephone reception is never really able to solve an urgent problem, such as helping you find your contact agent (for some reason their agent can be missing for 2 hours and even unreachable for their own colleague), I don't know how this could have happened. Is the purpose of that phone number only useful for signing the contract, and becomes useless for providing services and maintenance? (2) One agent made an appointment with you at 8:00 AM. (before their office hours), so that her colleague can meet you. But this poor colleague couldn't let you know he was running late, simply because he didn’t receive your contact details from the first agent who made the appointment with you. You also cannot reach them initially because you are not allowed to have their direct phone number and it is before office hours. At the office, of course, no one picked up the phone. (3) The response is slow, handing in the key is also unprofessional + terribly organized. Never had to send so much back and forth just to arrange the keys. (4) Their contract includes 100 euros service costs per month (such an amount I have never had to pay, normally it’s 50 euros, or nothing) and the response speed is disappointing, compared to any other agency I've contacted before. The other brokers can offer a better service than Fris Vastgoed with lower service costs.
