Jerry was helpful until the sale went through, but he hasn't provided the documents he had sent to the notary since January. Furthermore, he is unreachable and ignores phone calls regarding a disagreement with the seller. As for the response: I requested the documents on 19-12-2023, and Jerry kept the message unread until today, when I posted my reply here. The seller's real estate agent tried to reach him on Wednesday (two days ago), but he didn’t respond. I tried to reach him yesterday and called him twice, both at his office and on his number. He didn’t respond until I posted this reply. I understand that it is not your duty to help, but ignoring phone calls and hoping the matter will disappear on its own is neither helpful nor professional. All in all, it takes 1 minute to write a message or email with the text: 'Sorry, we cannot assist you further. Discuss the matter with your lawyer.' The reason for this 2-star rating and this comment is not the expectation of free help, but the lack of communication, the ignoring behavior, and failing to keep your word. Everything is fine until the agency gets paid, after which it's difficult to get a simple response. Also calling me and saying 'we don’t do that in the Netherlands' and trying to twist things around because I am a foreigner was quite disappointing.

Die afschuwelijke dame, Gwendoline van der Linden, is de meest onbeschofte oude vrouw met een absoluut verschrikkelijke klantenservice van heel Nederland! Ik vroeg alleen om hun flexibiliteit of ik 15 minuten eerder kon komen voor mijn afspraak, maar ze verzon smoesjes en beschuldigde me ervan dat ik niet naar haar luisterde. Normaal gesproken laten al die makelaars mensen binnenkomen zonder ook maar naar elke afspraak te kijken. Vervolgens hing ze op terwijl ik aan het uitleggen was waarom ik vroeg moest komen. Leer ergens hoe je goede klantenservice moet leren. Anders ga je gewoon met pensioen! Schaam je, vrouw!

Worst realtor in Amsterdam, they tried to sell my property for a long time but they don't execute anything. Then went to another party and sold it the same week. Stay away from here!

Avoid at all costs! They gave me a viewing location, I arrived on time at the location and there was nobody. I called the office 5 minutes after ringing and they told me their colleague had already left. You may risk losing your job if you go to viewings at unreasonable times and they don't even bother to show up. Let's not even mention that you get a house without flooring, so you pay an extra € 5000 for flooring.

Just another realtor who doesn't attach any value to who is going to rent and why, and who isn't prepared at all for information about the property. I had a viewing last Friday, I asked several questions about the type of heating, why you have to pay 50 euros per month in costs, who the owner of the apartment is... normal things you want to know before signing a rental agreement for an apartment costing 2000 euros per month! The situation around renting an apartment in the Netherlands is generally very disastrous, I at least expect to find someone who can really help you... but for all realtors, especially in the big cities, you are just someone, they didn't even ask my name last week! If you aren't it, you're one of them, the apartment was already gone within an hour!

I needed an appraisal for a new-build home and I needed it quickly because I was in the final stage of my mortgage application. Most of the real estate agents I called couldn't offer this service, or they were 'too busy' to do it quickly, or they were simply too expensive. Geldhof, however, offered me the possibility to do it urgently at a reasonable price and they exceeded my expectations by doing it within one working day! They are not only fast but also professional. They delivered high-quality work, which was accepted by the bank. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

Very bad experience with this broker during my purchase of a parking garage. The first appointment was not kept (no one simply showed up), the second appointment they had forgotten the key (apparently that happens more often), the third appointment an offer was made directly and the same afternoon I received confirmation by phone that the sale would proceed. Then it remained silent for 2 days and I was told that there is another bidder who has offered the same amount... Very dubious way of doing business with this office.
