I wanted to buy my first apartment and wanted to find the best advisors, because I knew the complexity of the market. Before choosing Groot, I visited many real estate agencies in Amsterdam, but none gave me the same impression. The other agents judged me on my budget and told me to come back when I had more money, or that I needed to lower my requirements.
