I cannot recommend the collaboration with Nicole strongly enough. She is a top-quality professional. From start to finish she was proactive, responsive, honest and very reliable. She took the time to really know what I was looking for, and identified properties that met those criteria. She accompanied me to every viewing and discussed the pros and cons while we walked through them. After we had viewed a property, she also took the time to do some research and clarify any outstanding questions. After working together for a few weeks, we visited a dream apartment in my top neighborhood. We got the first viewing and ultimately won the bid thanks to her expert advice on how to offer. Ultimately, I got the apartment with only a few thousand more than the next highest bidder, and over 10,000 under the appraisal. I never could have imagined that it would go so well! Without Nicole, I think I would probably still be looking on the market. But thanks to her, I am happy in my dream home. For everyone who wants to buy a house, I cannot recommend Nicole strongly enough.

I am so happy that I chose Nicole from H.E.R. real estate agency. She turned out to be our catalyst in both the sales process and the purchase process of our new home. Whenever we wanted to accept an offer on our house too quickly, she pointed us towards better possibilities. Also, when we were too enthusiastic or conversely too negative about a possible purchase of a new home, she opened our eyes so that we got a more realistic view. We were sometimes too happy with a too-small house or one that was much too far away from what we actually wanted. Regarding the house that we ultimately purchased, she knew how to be very strategic and negotiate sharply. What a great advantage of this real estate agency is that you always have quick contact with her and that she is always ready for you, even if you have, for example, 30 viewing days for your house, she is simply always there for you. Furthermore, an additional benefit is that, at your request, she cooperates with a mortgage advisor who turned out to be gold with regard to bidding. Bidding space regarding the energy label versus whether or not there was leasehold became quickly apparent and together with Nicole's good knowledge of the market in Weesp and Amsterdam we were able to bid quickly and well-founded. I can’t think of a disadvantage right away.. I am very satisfied!
