Helped quickly and kindly. Finally able to find a nice home in Amsterdam with the help of Max.
It was great to work with Max and Maaike. Maaike and Max have been managing our rental property for about 5 years and recently helped us sell it. We live abroad, so we were quite apprehensive about starting with them, but they were warmly recommended, and rightly so. They did an excellent job selecting tenants and managing the property. It was a very hands-off experience for us. In the few cases where something happened, they were on top of it and resolved it almost immediately, which was very nice for us. The billing was always clear and we were informed in advance about everything that could or should be done. They also offered full service, such as maintenance, which saved us a lot of time. When we had to sell the apartment, we were happy to involve them in that too. The experience was great. They made the sales process very smooth and quick for a price we were satisfied with. They really focus on answering all our questions and ensuring that we are fully informed at every step and feel comfortable. I can certainly recommend them for all real estate projects!

Terrible service. Do not use this agency.
This company is a disgrace to their profession. The offensive attitude of this 'office' proves that customer service is NOT their focus. A few points: - They refused to send me an itemized bill. - They refused to explain for which services I specifically had to pay. - They refused to cooperate and appointments were only made according to their wishes, without prior notice. - They gave unknown people access to my apartment. - I had to clean the entire apartment myself after moving out. - I had to arrange all necessary repairs and everything else when I moved in. - They refused to answer several emails about the apartment and rental conditions. - For information about the expected energy consumption, they referred me to the previous tenant. Why should I contact that previous tenant? - Several other emails remained unanswered. - They shared confidential information with other parties. - They requested an 'official inspection' with a dubious justification. .... and much more.... And the icing on the cake: they approached my employer with the intention of putting pressure on me or even blackmailing me. They did nothing but cause stress and problems and only asked me to pay hundreds of euros for absolutely no service. After two months, I moved out because a peaceful life in the apartment was not possible and daily contact with this 'office' was more than unpleasant. In short: they do indeed have beautiful properties, but if you are considering doing business with them, I advise you to make every agreement in writing and take extensive notes/recordings (as I have done)!
All in all just a great experience! We certainly had more than 10 agents when we moved from London to Amsterdam - Max was by far the best! Service was top quality, from viewing the apartment to receiving the keys the next day :)
