Helped quickly and kindly. Finally able to find a nice home in Amsterdam with the help of Max.
It was great to work with Max and Maaike. Maaike and Max have been managing our rental property for about 5 years and recently helped us sell it. We live abroad, so we were quite apprehensive about starting with them, but they were warmly recommended, and rightly so. They did an excellent job selecting tenants and managing the property. It was a very hands-off experience for us. In the few cases where something happened, they were on top of it and resolved it almost immediately, which was very nice for us. The billing was always clear and we were informed in advance about everything that could or should be done. They also offered full service, such as maintenance, which saved us a lot of time. When we had to sell the apartment, we were happy to involve them in that too. The experience was great. They made the sales process very smooth and quick for a price we were satisfied with. They really focus on answering all our questions and ensuring that we are fully informed at every step and feel comfortable. I can certainly recommend them for all real estate projects!

Terrible service. Do not use this agency.
This company is a disgrace for their profession. The offensive attitude of this 'agency' proves that customer service IS NOT their priority. A few points: - They refused to send me a detailed invoice. - They refused to explain for which services I had to pay exactly. - They refused to cooperate and appointments were only made at their convenience, with little prior notice. - They gave unknown people access to my apartment. - I had to clean the entire apartment myself after my move-in. - I had to arrange all necessary repairs and other matters when I moved in. - They refused to answer multiple e-mails about the apartment and rental conditions. - For information regarding expected energy consumption they referred me to the previous tenant. Why should I have to contact the previous tenant? - Various other e-mails remained unanswered. - They shared confidential information with others. - They asked for an 'official inspection' with a dubious justification. .... and much more.... And the cherry on top: They approached my employer with the intention to pressure me or even blackmail me. They caused nothing but stress and problems and asked me to pay hundreds of euros for no service at all. After two months I moved out, because I couldn't live peacefully in the apartment and the daily contact with this 'real estate office' was more than unpleasant. In short: They indeed have nice apartments, but if you are considering going into business with them, I advise you to document every appointment in writing and make detailed notes/documentation (as I did)!
All in all just a great experience! We certainly had more than 10 agents when we moved from London to Amsterdam - Max was by far the best! Service was top quality, from viewing the apartment to receiving the keys the next day :)
