It was great to work with Max and Maaike. Maaike and Max have been managing our rental property for about 5 years and recently helped with its sale. We live abroad, so we were a little nervous to start working with them, but they were highly recommended and for good reason. They did an excellent job selecting tenants and managing the property. It was a very practical experience for us. In the few cases where something happened, they were on top of it and resolved it almost immediately, which was great for us. The billing was always clear and we were informed in advance about everything that could or should be done. Also for matters such as maintenance etc., they provided full service, which saved us a lot of time. When we had to sell the apartment, we were also happy to contract them for that. The experience was great. They managed to make the sales experience very smooth and quick for a price we were happy with. They really focus on answering all the questions we had and made sure we were fully informed at every step and felt comfortable. Can definitely recommend them for all real estate related projects!
