Huge waste of time! Definitely not a professional agency, that requires you to provide a complete file with employment contract, payslip, passport number (and even the dates of our vacations) for a simple visit, all to get an appointment to move and wait 10 minutes in front of the apartment and then call the agency to hear that the apartment has already been rented

I mainly dealt with Bart-Jan. On my initial request to view and assess the property, he was able to quickly arrange a visit. A plan was then immediately discussed regarding the starting price and the expected purchase price. Given that the property was vacant at that time, I had asked Bart-Jan whether engaging a temporary interior design company would add value. In contrast to some other real estate agents, he didn't think it necessary, as that ultimately costs quite a bit extra. Providing the relevant property information went very smoothly and hassle-free. Documents concerning the VVE (homeowners association) did not need to be sent together document by document. Hallie& Van Klooster knows IJburg like the back of their hand and Bart-Jan was able to retrieve all the information, including the temporary password for my VVE environment himself. That's really super easy! Also, Bart-Jan and his colleagues were willing to visit my apartment multiple times outside of the viewings to take meter readings or to let someone in - I live far away from it. On the days of the viewings, I was kept daily by phone at the end of the day about developments. In my opinion, Hallie &Van Klooster also chose an efficient and effective strategy for the sale that led to a sale quite quickly. The sales result ultimately fell positively outside expectations. Bart-Jan's guidance regarding checking the purchase agreement and the settlement statement was also excellent and valuable. Unfortunately, no good experience. After an on-site appointment for an introductory meeting regarding the proposed sale of my house, the promised quote did not follow. Asking twice via email resulted in two confirmations that the quote would be sent, but I never received anything. On the third email, there was no response at all, so naturally I gave up. A real waste of our time!

We ourselves were a bit restless about the sale due to the Corona troubles in March, but Misha was a beacon of calm throughout the entire process.
