The realtor had good knowledge but I had to improve a lot, such as starting with a higher asking price. The photos were very mediocre, but moreover the selection and order weren't appealing. I had myself taken much better photos. When those were in the correct order online, requests started to come in. Very bad experience with Hoekstra and Van Eck. The appraisal was carried out by someone lacking social skills. The appraiser was rude, uninterested, and did not keep his appointment. The delivered report seemed like cut-and-paste work, more like a draft and completely unusable. When we asked questions about this, we received blunt responses. Despite submitting a complaint, there has been no acknowledgement of the processing time. It was simply said that they were busy without a real explanation. We have now paid the invoice, but the service was far below standard.

Waarom 3 sterren Communicatie Deze was echt wisselend. We hadden wel een vast gezicht, die werd soms door een 2e of 3e collega 'vervangen' bij ziekte of vakantie. De informatiestroom ging soms echt moeizaam. Vaak moesten wij erachteraan bellen. Wij hadden ons huis in een lastige onzekere periode op de markt aangeboden, waardoor het juist fijn is op de hoogte te blijven. Betreft bezichtigingen werd dat over het algemeen teruggekoppeld. We merkten vooral wat stugheid op bij eigen inbreng. Verkoop De winter is al wat magerder met verkoop en door de toen onzekere markt was dat ook wisselend in kijkers. In het begin woonden we er nog met een gezin en dan is het lastig 'leeg leeg leeg' te kunnen tonen. Met verhuizen hebben we de woning behangklaar achtergelaten. Er waren toen ook cluster momenten. Eerste keer duurde en duurde voor het huis in de verkoop kwam. Plattegrond die steeds niet klopte, slecht bereikbaar en onduidelijke redenen toen hij eindelijk eind november werd aangeboden. Kort met de verhuizing trokken wij het huis terug en boden hem opnieuw aan in februarie. Diezelfde maand kwam het tot een verkoop. Bij de tweede keer ging het soepeler. Uiteindelijke verkoop Met geïnteresseerden werd er een plan uitgedacht, geadviseerd. Met het laatste bod waren wij tevreden en kon de boel worden afgerond. Daarin verliep alles soepel. Het werd met de laatste bezichtiging ter controle van het huis, een beetje ongemakkelijk met vragen en opmerkingen die je hoort te stellen als koper vóór de koop. Absoluut een compliment hoe onze makelaar mijn vibe oppikte en het woord nam! We hebben een leuke wijnfleshouder gekregen die we hebben omgebouwd tot vogelhuisje. Conclusie Betreft communicatie bevalt er echt winst te behalen. De huizenmarkt ging op en neer, wat het een lastige situatie maakte. De tweede keer ging alles snel, markt ook stabieler. Ik zou iemand niet afraden om voor Hoekstra en van Eck te kiezen

Last year, I bought a house through this real estate agent. It turned out that there was a huge leak hidden, which was concealed before the sale behind a new layer of plaster. A structural survey did reveal that there was a leak, but not that it had been ongoing for years and deliberately concealed. According to the real estate agent, everything that was wrong was VVE work, but afterwards it turned out that the seller was indeed responsible. After purchase, there was also hardly any response from the real estate agent and the seller. Meanwhile, we are a year further on and part of the house is still not ready (a bedroom is unusable). So not trustworthy.
