We couldn't have wished for better service! We are expats over the age of 60 who wanted a great location in the center of Amsterdam and had little time to search. I don't say that their deals are OPLICHTING. I don't say that. I only say that they ask for a deposit of more than two months and a signed contract before we can even see the keys to the apartment or talk to the landlord. Which in itself already sounds a bit like OPLICHTING. Something else that sounds like a direct OPLICHTING is asking for that on Friday evening and then leaving over the weekend (after the deal seemed to be settled); and then expecting that the money is on their bank account and the contract is signed by Monday morning. That's absolutely what I would do if I wanted to OPLICHT people. Ultimately, canceling the deal at the first request for negotiation. Which is not only a bit of a put-down, but also very much like OPLICHTING. A bunch of clowns and amateurs, all of them.

I have had a very good experience with HHM, especially with Mr. Martijn Buisman and Ms. Dimphna Persaud. They were professional and understood exactly what I needed. As an expat with no experience in the Netherlands, their support, speed and clear explanations were perfect; the end result was a smooth and effective move. Holland Home Management was our real estate agent when looking for a house in Holland. The entire process, which would actually be supposed to be boring and not easy, turned out to be very comfortable and pleasant. We are sure that this is due to Liesbeth, who demonstrated a high level of professionalism and customer service, perfect market knowledge and a high degree of customer loyalty.

Customer service is something you don't easily find in the Netherlands, but Liesbeth from HHM was fantastic in helping us find a great apartment in Amsterdam. She showed us a wide range of options, based on detailed questions about our taste and preferred locations, and was available from start to finish during the move, helped us with registering utilities, arranging paperwork, etcetera.
