Great. It was quite a challenge to find a 'unicorn' property near Amsterdam, with so many specific criteria and complications. HHM not only helped me find a property that exactly met the criteria and arranged a viewing on short notice, but also assisted me in understanding the negotiation process. It actually demonstrated a true 'partnership approach', where the real estate agent fully supports you and builds trust from step zero. We hadden geen betere service kunnen wensen! Wij zijn expats van boven de 60 die op zoek waren naar een geweldige locatie in het centrum van Amsterdam, maar we hadden beperkte tijd om te zoeken. We hebben vanuit het buitenland e-mails gestuurd naar verschillende makelaarskantoren. Van alle kantoren die we hebben gecontacteerd, reageerde Aris van Holland Home Management het snelst, hield hij contact met ons en bereidde hij ons uitstekend voor op de reis en de zoektocht hier. We wilden meteen beginnen met zoeken op de dag dat we in Nederland aankwamen. Aris maakte zijn agenda vrij en stelde een geweldige lijst met woningen voor ons samen. We vonden ons droomhuis al op de eerste dag van de zoektocht! Daarna heeft Aris ons begeleid en geholpen met alle details rondom het aansluiten van nutsvoorzieningen, het tekenen van contracten en alle andere zaken die we moesten regelen. Een echte aanrader! Ik kwam als expat naar Nederland en maakte me zorgen over het vinden van een huis. HHM is zeer professioneel en begrijpt wat ik nodig heb. Het was een plezier om met hen samen te werken, vooral met Aris. Hij was erg aardig, vriendelijk, behulpzaam en reageerde snel gedurende het hele proces. Ik waardeer dat enorm. Hoewel ik een lange lijst met criteria had voor mijn droomhuis, hebben we precies de plek gevonden die ik zocht :) Aris heeft hard gewerkt om mijn droomhuis te vinden, de aankoop te regelen en mijn rechten te beschermen. I don't say that their deals are OPLICHTING. I don't say that. I only say that they ask for a deposit of more than two months and a signed contract before we can even see the keys to the apartment or talk to the landlord. Which in itself already sounds a bit like OPLICHTING. Something else that sounds like a direct OPLICHTING is asking for that on Friday evening and then leaving over the weekend (after the deal seemed to be settled); and then expecting that the money is on their bank account and the contract is signed by Monday morning. That's absolutely what I would do if I wanted to OPLICHT people. Ultimately, canceling the deal at the first request for negotiation. Which is not only a bit of a put-down, but also very much like OPLICHTING. A bunch of clowns and amateurs, all of them.
I have had a very good experience with HHM, especially with Mr. Martijn Buisman and Ms. Dimphna Persaud. They were professional and understood exactly what I needed. As an expat with no experience in the Netherlands, their support, speed and clear explanations were perfect; the end result was a smooth and effective move. Ik hoop dat alles goed gaat, maar ze was in ieder geval erg vriendelijk en beantwoordde al mijn vragen over de huur. Een betrouwbaar bedrijf. Ik schrijf dit als huurder.

The entire process, which would actually be supposed to be boring and not easy, turned out to be very comfortable and pleasant. Customer service is something you don't find so quickly in the Netherlands, but Liesbeth from HHM was fantastic in helping us find a wonderful apartment in Amsterdam. She showed us a wide range of options, based on detailed questions about our taste and preferred locations, and was available throughout the move, helping us with registering utilities, handling paperwork, etc. She is by far the most helpful person we have met in the Netherlands so far!
