What a terribly unprofessional realtor Maarten Blesgraaf was. DO NOT USE HIM OR THIS AGENCY. He didn't do his research and tried to pass the research on to others. Due to his incompetence, he closed a deal. I repeat: DO NOT USE THESE REALTORS - you have been warned.
1 star because I cannot rate as 0. Companies like Hoofstad Makelaars give a bad press to Estate Agents in this country. My experience with them was very bad, they tried to deceive me whenever they could. Do not work with this company
We had a terrible experience with Hoofdstad Makelaars. They are unreliable, unprofessional and shady. In addition, they try to improve their Google review score by giving themselves a 5-star rating (see review of Maarten Blesgraaf, one of the real estate agents at Hoofdstad Makelaars). It seems like they really need this and it is further proof of their dishonesty. (Edit: they have removed their own 5-star rating: D)
Excellent real estate agent!
'In order to get only a few people interested who are serious to see the apartment we have decided to change the price from €1.600,- into €1.950,- a month excluding utilities and internet.' These people increase the rent of already expensive apartments by more than 20% with this flimsy reason. Truly scandalous, this must be regulated, because if all real estate agents act like Hoofdstad Makelaars we will be living in tents on the street within no time. Congratulations on your contribution to the problem, Hoofdstad Makelaars.

Bad, I never wanted to rent anything from these brokers. The fact that this group exploits people solely to have more money is not of this time anymore. The reaction of the owner speaks volumes, pretending that the choice fell on another candidate is plainly trying to cover themselves, a year later he deposits his statement, lol. Exploiters, house milkers.
The scheduled viewing has been postponed twice, and then we arrive at the property at the agreed time: the real estate agent is not present at all. Unreliable party.
These people are very professional but also rational. They know the best photographers and guided me with the sale of my house 100%. I can wholeheartedly recommend them. Regarding costs, that's something you can write on your stomach with others.
