An amazing rental company and a great landlord! We rented a beautiful apartment in the middle of the Pijp and all problems/requests were always handled quickly and efficiently. After checking out, we received the full deposit back within a few days. All in all, a positive experience after living for a number of years in one of Horatio's apartments and would definitely continue to do so if we were not buying our own house.

They unfairly took 800 euros from our deposit and held the rest for two months!! My roommate was offended by this realtor named Julia at checkout. The only reason we didn't sue them is that we knew the owner's friend.

Typical real estate cowboy company that prioritizes short-term profit and disregards the interests of neighborhoods and residents. Tried to push something on us through our HOA by buying up two apartments and having a nepotistic relationship with the HOA manager, something nobody wanted. Has close ties with Jacob Uno, Commissaris Makelaars, and Newomij.

Nelson Bruinsma really made our lives bitter and has left our family with enormous damage. The adjacent building has been converted into 9 apartments. They put up a large scaffold on our roof for 5 months without consultation :-( A lot of nuisance and damage, which we repaired indoors at our own expense. Nelson Kevin Bruinsma made an appointment to have a new bitumen layer applied after the renovation. The roofer who works through Horatio doesn't complete the work immediately, again enormous leakage with a lot of damage that Horatio does not want to compensate for, terrible. P.S. The 5-star reviews that Horatio receives are from the owner Nelson Bruinsma himself, and his wife elif gökçe also gives Horatio 5 stars. :-( Don't trust the positive reviews.
