I advise you to call them to confirm your viewing on the same day. I traveled for 45 minutes to wait at the property, but nobody showed up. They claim they sent an email through their tool and that I missed it - just like the other people who came for the viewing that day without knowing the apartment was already rented out. That can happen, but admit it, offer your apologies, and say that we made a mistake, that we are not organized, and that our internal tools are not working properly. Do not say that the email ended up in your spam folder. What a waste of time.
