Red flags everywhere. The tenants that Amin placed above me have had an extremely busy night-time business for months - with unusual smells, a lot of foot traffic and sounds that fit a production activity rather than a normal living environment. I think these are signs of illegal or unsafe activities. I had to report it to the authorities. I have also contacted Amin and sent recordings, but he reacted defensively and denied everything without any investigation. I don't trust this office. Moreover, most of their positive reviews in groups seem to have been posted on the same days. That is a strong indication of fake reviews.

He was always very helpful, even after the purchase. You can really count on their help. If during the purchasing process something was that only a real estate agent would notice, he honestly pointed it out and even said when a deal wasn't going well. What matters to him is making a good purchase, not just buying anything. Thanks Amin for everything.

It was a good experience.

Today I am so happy that I received my key. I have a long history. I received a phone number from my brother. Then I called Amin Jarahi. I explained everything to him about what I needed for a house. I visited the house. It is really nice and I asked him to contact me. He explained the whole process: 2 deposits, 1 month's rent and 1 month of brokerage fees. I agree with the payment, but I have one condition: I pay the entire amount, but I get the key at the same time. Then Amin said that he would send me a message later. I sent him another message the next morning. He sent me a message that the owner did not agree with the rent and that he had rejected me. I was really shocked and explained everything to my colleague Farhia. I told her that I had seen an apartment, but that this man is a scammer because I didn't pay the down payment. She came from Iran. She saw the photo of Amin and the company. She told me that he is very kind and good company and that he also comes from Iran. Then I believed him again. He contacted me. I am paying the entire amount today. I was very surprised that he had already delivered the key today. It was a great experience with Amin and his real estate agency. Bad service. We had an appointment at 9:30 am to view a house in The Hague. We live far away and had to cycle for half an hour to be on time at the location. When we arrived, there was no one there. My husband and I both called them, but nobody picked up. We also sent a message, but we didn't get an answer either. We waited for half an hour and then left. They never contacted us to offer their apologies for not showing up. Perhaps this is a good real estate agency if you buy or rent a house, but as potential candidates who were rejected, we were enormously disappointed - and we have never experienced anything like it. Very disrespectful.

We are an American expat couple who moved to Amsterdam in July 2021. We found Amin online via a Facebook group for expats in April, about 2.5 months before our moving date. We were referred to the website IncityRealEstate.nl to fill out a rental application form. Shortly thereafter, Amin contacted us by email and informed us of an available rental property in Amsterdam that met our budget and wishes. We scheduled a 'virtual viewing' via WhatsApp video chat to view the property while we were still living in California. During this appointment, the landlord was also present, and together they answered all my questions. We were asked to submit a rental application with an overview of our income and a short introduction. After our application was accepted by the landlord, we could make a deposit equal to half of the total rent. We did this via a bank transfer through an American bank. Closer to the moving date, we paid the remaining rent and the first month's rent and received a written/signed rental agreement that was needed for moving our belongings and for immigration/visa purposes. On the move-in/check-in date, Amin met us at the apartment. His check-in procedure was very professional and thorough. He took pictures of the utility meters, which proved to be very useful later when we signed a utility contract. The entire process with Amin from IncityRealEstate went very professionally and smoothly. I think we were incredibly lucky to have Amin, who provided excellent and professional service to both the tenant and the landlord. I hope that the detailed description of our rental process can help future expats with planning and what to expect. I have been a student at the University of Amsterdam for a few months and find this a valuable company. I asked them to find not only a reasonable, but also comfortable accommodation in the vicinity of the Zuidas. They are very respectful and respond quickly. When I send messages via WhatsApp or another platform, they respond appropriately. Personally, if I want to find a home in this country next year, I will ask them to find one. The most important thing I appreciate about them is that they speak my native language, and that's enough for me to ask them to help with finding a home.

I had a very good experience with the real estate agent, and in particular with Amin, one of the agents. I had the viewing in a matter of minutes. As soon as I decided to rent the apartment, he started preparing the documents until 11:00 PM in the evening, so that I could move in as soon as possible, entirely according to my wishes. We completed a transaction during our move from California to The Hague (Kraayenstein). Amin is multilingual, intelligent, responsive and, in my opinion, more pleasant to work with than traditional Dutch real estate agents, because he has a sober, 'let's just do it' mindset.
