The most terrible agent to deal with. She has been rude, blunt, unhelpful, disorganized, made me pay extra costs without reason, drafted my contracts incorrectly in English and Dutch. The agent was not responsible for their mistakes. SUPER unprofessional and impolite behavior. Avoid this company/person. I hope this prevents others from undergoing the trials that I experienced!

I have known the Roelfzema couple for 12 years now as fellow VvE members. Actually, contact has been somewhat more intensive in the last 2 years to wake up the dormant VvE. Only since today's VvE meeting do I think we are more on the same page with each other: the future of the VvE is paramount.
