I only asked/engaged Jarl Brouwer very late. He was very willing and helpful. (Almost stripped the shirt from my back, but that's only a good thing, and necessary...) As a purchasing agent, he was accommodating and helpful. He managed to 'get' the property in this very inflated Amsterdam market, and we have since purchased him. More than satisfied. Good guidance from IQ broker Michel de Bruijn during the sale of our apartment on the Zuidas in Amsterdam. Available 24/7 for our questions, an eye for quality is reflected in the choice of photographer (incl. styling), beautiful brochure and very importantly, managed to achieve a good sales price with normal commission. In short, very happy.
