Isaak Makelaardij started with the first office on Keizersgracht and has grown over thirty years into a successful enterprise through its personal approach. Therefore, some years ago, the office moved to a larger location in Oostelijke Eilanden. This way, we have met the needs of our clients who wanted to settle there, or as is often the case now, move back into the city center or outside Amsterdam. But the final allocation requires many bids, which means the final price will be much higher. So don't be misled by their low prices.
